Easy to deal with… I use Optimal currency to exchange funds on a regular basis, both small and large values and exchanges are returned in a reasonable timeframe with confirmation emails sent so you are not left wondering. Would recommend if looking to exchange money to or from sterling.

I was a little nervous as I hadn’t used a company like this before but I honestly can’t recommend this man/company enough. They are so personal and efficient. An actual human being always answers the phone without delay and if David wasn’t available, he always rings back as soon as he is. Emails are always answered and everything is just smooth running. They made what would have been very stressful bank transfers for me to do myself, just go through so easy and stress free, I really didn’t have to do very much.
