Fast,professional, responsive, friendly and efforts to get best deal.

Highly recommended, would definitely use their services in the future.

My wife and I needed to remit some funds promptly to the UK from our foreign bank account, David and his team were not only extremely knowledgable but provided a "white glove" experience to our transaction.

They were quick to get us setup, and once we deposited the funds in their account were very quick to turn them around and get the GBP equivalent deposited into our UK account.

Throughout the whole experience they were always on hand to answer any queries promptly and always available to jump on a call to have a quick chat with. This is something we really valued, as we were quite nervous transferring such a large amount of money and having them take us through it every step of the way was really reassuring.

Finally I also wanted to mention that we got a great rate in the end, much better than some of the other companies we checked with initially.

I was confident that my currency was in safe hands having spoken to the Notaire & the Estate Agent who both were happy to endorse using Optimal. I was contacted by James Baxter 3 days after the sale of my property & the sterling was in my bank by the afternoon of the same day. I was disappointed with the exchange rate achieved but that was not in Optimal’s control. I would definitely recommend them.
