Optimus coach Academy レビュー

The support and guidance received during the training has been exceptional. It definitely feels more like a family at Optimus than a business and I really appreciated and valued that. Knowing the support that alumni students are given only validates that I made the right decision to train with Optimus.

I highly recommend the Professional Coach Diploma course for a comprehensive and well-structured training programme in coaching.

The mix of learning about coaching models, psychology, neuroscience and human behaviour combined with extensive practical coaching experience has taken me from being a complete novice to feeling like a skilled and competent professional coach.

The high quality of training and the support from the entire Optimus team has been excellent throughout the course.

I felt fully supported by the Optimus team to be flexible and to experiment so that I could develop my own personal style as a coach. This was done alongside ensuring that I practise to the ICF standards and meet the ICF competencies.

The coaching training is supported by comprehensive business support. I am ending the training course feeling fully prepared to establish my coaching business and practice as a professional coach.

This is a very professional, well-organised course with excellent support to students. The support has a number of strands, website, materials, mentoring, direct contact, email, and WhatsApp. I also look forward to the ongoing lifelong support offered via the Alumni Association. Additionally, the business support hub is an excellent resource.

I am so glad that I found Optimus Coach Academy, what a beacon of light amongst the plethora of coaching training companies. Excited to train every week and to learn and be supported through the coaching journey and beyond.

I am so grateful to have chosen this ACC course—it has been truly excellent. The course not only supported my personal development but also gave me the tools and confidence to attract coaching clients effectively. Sometimes, you get lucky and make the right choice, and this was one of those moments! I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone looking to grow as a coach and build a successful practice.

This coaching course has been such an incredible journey of growth and discovery. I’m so grateful to the amazing team of instructors who created a space where we could truly learn, experiment, and find clarity in our coaching style. Their encouragement and guidance made all the difference.

Throughout the course, I felt supported in ways that allowed me to step into my role as a coach with more confidence and purpose. The tools and insights we gained weren’t just theoretical, they were practical and empowering, helping me feel ready to embark on this new journey.

I’ve come away from this experience not just with new skills, but with a renewed sense of who I am and what I can offer. Thank you for everything, for your patience, kindness, and for believing in each of us. This course has been a gift, and I’m so excited for what lies ahead.

This coaching journey has been life-changing, I don't use those words lightly.
I also had the privilege to be on this journey with my wife.

Thanks to the expertise, time, care and experience of the team, we are confident in our coaching practice and have established our own business which is no longer a dream.

I would not have had the confidence to do this so quickly if it wasn't for the growth I experienced as a client on the programme, having the mirror held up to me, leaning into who I need to be as a professional coach and business owner.

Ruth and the team have cultivated an environment of trust and safety that just helps you to be vulnerable, lean in and grow.

I would not be the coach I am today without Optimus, from the bottom of my heart, I will forever be grateful to have trained with this brilliant academy.

I can’t recommend Optimus Coaching Academy highly enough! From the first discovery call to the final lesson, Ruth and her incredible team have been supportive and professional. The course content is far more in-depth than I anticipated and covers a greater range of subject areas than I’ve seen offered on other courses. It’s been, quite literally, a life-changing experience for me and I’ve met people I’m sure will be friends for life too! If you’re looking to become a coach, this is the best company to train with!

All the support I have needed was delivered efficiently. Loved the flexibility of the course. I have learnt so much from the people on the course as well as our trainers. The materials shared have been excellent, as has the mixture of mentoring and training.

An eye-opening course on exactly what coaching is and how it helps people in all areas of their lives! I have gained a huge amount of unexpected personal growth which has added value to all areas of my life, a great discovery!

Optimus Coach Academy has been an incredible training and experience. I honestly can't think of a better program or choice for receiving your coaching training and I've already referred people to it. The course modules are prepared very well and comprehensively as well as the supplemental trainings. It's concise without being overwhelming. The live trainings are fantastic and within a short time it prepared me to be skilled and feel confident in training. I highly recommend it!

I am so glad I chose Optimus. To be honest I was looking at any who had the ICF accreditation but I was just lucky I stumbled across Optimus through a friend. So many companies promise the world and so we all tend to be distrusting of anything that is promised to us! However, Optimus has really come through and genuinely goes above and beyond to support their students. I have been genuinely impressed (and I have a high bar!) The other thing is the quality of other students which make a big difference. My cohort were all professionals who were focused and asked high-value questions. I'm happy to add them to my network. Highly recommend the course.

I have had a thoroughly positive experience with Optimus. The level of training, the course content and the support offered has been first-class.

My coach training with Optimus has been fantastic from start to finish. Ruth and the team are so personable, and have created a lovely community with ample support in business and marketing alongside the course. I'd definitely recommend Optimus and would absolutely train with them again in the future.

Excellent coaching training would highly recommend. The trainers and materials are of a high quality. I have felt well supported throughout the course. Great to meet fellow coaches many of whom I will stay in contact with - sad to be finishing! Thank you Ruth and team!

Thoroughly enjoyed the PCC course, really pleased I decided to enrol. The trainers were extremely helpful and supportive.

Quality programme, delivery and support package.

Optimus CEO Ruth and her entire team made this intensive life-coaching course a wonderful experience.
The group of learners was at exactly the right numbers with the members and mentors selected for the best outcomes.
Individual attention was given to each participant.
A wide range of topics were covered with opportunity to practice, discuss and ask questions.
Nothing was too much trouble for the Optimus team.
Ruth made the learning as it should be for a professional audience looking to gain new skills.
There is ongoing support for skills development and establishing new business focused on life-coaching.
Despite being very intensive it was enjoyable and generally well managed - it may perhaps be improved by providing a brief summary at the beginning of what to expect in the rest of the course.
There are numerous resources and references on their website and every thing covered was supported by scientific evidence and publications.
Absolutely first class!

Insightful, supportive, and extremely enjoyable.

The team at Optimus Coach Academy were professional, helpful, and guided me every step of the way from sign up to completion.

If I could give more stars I would!.
Ruth and her team of expert coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging.
The training is steeped in evidence based neuroscience and positive psychology and you feel valued. I’m so excited to continue into the amazing alumni programme, which is all part of the pricing. I had looked at other trainings but this is great value for money. They do everything they can to get you ready for accreditation and more.
