The Wedge has been a wonderful addition to our Physiotherapy clinic. So useful for treatment and for exercises. It’s becoming a common addition to people’s sitting room once you have tried it the whole family enjoys using it. It’s enjoyable to use and great at counter acting the daily flexing :) Would recommend it to any clinic

We've started using the OptiNeck Balance Wedge in our Pilates classes and our clients absolutely love them! We're able to teach clients an effective way to alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain in a class setting, and many have now purchased their own to continue the exercises independently at home. I've also been using the wedge in physio appointments, aiding in mobilisation techniques and optimising patient positioning during treatments, and it's helping my patients get better quicker as well as making the techniques I'm using as a physio easier to implement. Highly recommended for all instructors and physios to have in their clinics!

The Wedge and Travel Wedge are game changers- somehow - unlike anything else - they are deeply relaxing to the whole body - but especially the neck and back - as you breathe in deep and lie or exercise upon them - and seem to realign both as if magic!
The travel version is a great addition for people like me who are always on the go- and when I am home - I have one up and the other downstairs! The Travel Wedge works exactly like the real thing and comes in two pieces- so it is amazingly easy to pack- and of course light weight!

I have hEDS and associated long term problems with neck pain. My thoracic and cervical spine posture is incorrect. Also 2 of my cervical vertebrae were kind of stuck together.
I've been using the wedge for a month or so now and it's making such a difference. Quick and easy to do the exercises but the impact is huge! Those 2 vertebrae are no longer stuck and now articulate freely. My everyday posture is improved. I like the pendant and ponytail tip too.
I have a way to go, but so far I'm really pleased.

While shipping and duties were very expensive to have my order sent to Canada, I'm very glad that I ordered. Came via FedEx, and the order was filled quickly.

The Balance Wedge has helped me *enourmously* since I've been using it daily, following the Optineck videos. I have hEDS, and have cervical vertebrae that subluxate -- my neck is feeling a lot better with daily use. I also find that pelvic tilts and bridges are more effective done on the Balance Wedge.

So far so good! After attending a workshop for the Optineck Wedge I’ve been using it with my Pilates clients and it’s been really well received so far - we’ve kept to a basic introduction but they are all keen to use it at their next session.

My husband brought a Wedge home after it was recommended by Michael O Reilly (who created it) and I’ve been using it too! It’s absolutely brilliant for realigning the spine especially after hunching over a computer for hours. It’s such a simple thing yet super effective!

I’ve been using ‘The Wedge’ created by Physio Michael O’Reilly for the past couple of months. Not only is it easy to use, It has transformed my posture and I’ve grown an inch, possibly more as it has straightened my back and neck. I now stand up straight and feel so much fitter and stronger. Recommended by my excellent phiso. My posture has got really bad. Within two days of using this I am standing upright. I'm so pleased and will continue to use regularly as phiso has told me too. A sound investment. I would highly recommend for anyone who is suffering from bad posture.

It's extraordinary that such a (conceptually) simple device can deliver quite so transformational a health outcome. Suffered neck pain for 35 years (damaged vertebrae C3-6); had more than 200 physio interventions, but since starting use of this in 2022, I've been pain-free (and physio-free!). Rolling out this new style roller has been a great relief to me personally. My neck, shoulders and back have never felt better!

Previously I used a regular roller which was great! With the Optineck I find my stretching is more localised and effective for the shoulders and neck region. The joy experienced when you remove it is heavenly and enhances your ability to stand up with better posture.
I use it daily.

Always skeptical of something being too simple to work, but boy this didn’t disappoint.
As someone who has played a lot of rugby over 36 years and drives 30000miles plus a year, my back, mid back and neck have become worse. The OptiNeck is now part of my daily routine, before heading out, days in the office and upon return from seeing clients, the relief is almost instant (it was for me) and the more I use it the better I feel. I pair this with the Iron Neck for a complete mobilisation and strengthening routine.

This is fantastic to aid neck exercises and hip strengthening/streches. Infact my whole family all love the wedge- It has the added bonus of it being surprisingly comfortable to watch tv on!

I love my wedge! It's been a game changer, with sitting for extended periods of time at a desk, relieving my neck tension and pain. 10mins of exercises on the wedge keeps me pain free and mobile - a revelation! Thanks Michael and the team for developing the kit and exercises that make the wedge such a winner in our house! Wouldn't be without it now.

When will you ship to the U.S.? You can't still hold the Tea Party against us. Please help, 69 yrs old, made it through a heart transplant, can now be sidelined by my years of computer desk work.

I suffered with neck and shoulder pain for over 10 years, due to sitting at a computer desk. I tried several different chairs but nothing helped. After an MRI scan pointing out that i had the start of arthritis and bone spurs, I tried osteopathy, chiropractors and physios, although i did not feel any results. My neck got worse recently and I was finally recommended Michael O'Reilly at Weybridge Physio. I cannot believe my luck! He provided me with the Optineck Balance Wedge and a set of exercises, I can honestly say that within the first 2 days my pain improved by 50 percent! After using it for 2 weeks I now feel hardly any pain and my back is starting to straighten itself out naturally. I am carrying on life as usual. I am much happier at work. I cannot be more grateful and happy that I met Michael and started at Weybridge physio. I would recommend the Balance Wedge for anyone who is struggling with back and neck pain.

I have recently purchased the Optineck wedge and thanks to using it daily as part of my physio programme I am on the road to recovery!! At one point I could never imagine being out of the pain and discomfort that I was in. I highly recommend the optineck wedge for anyone in neck/shoulder pain.

The Balance Wedge, combined with Michael's physiotherapy, has really helped me overcome debilitating neck and shoulder pain. I use it most days for about 15 mins. Using it regularly and doing recommended exercises, reduces my need for physio appointments. It's cost effective. I highly recommend it for anyone who spends a lot of time working at a screen.
