Dont waste your money. Its a scam. The product received (some of it at least as i'm still waiting on the cover and other parts) is garbage.
Customer service is non existent!

Shocking company. Ordered few weeks ago. No emails confirming, No communication and despite numerous requested via email and instagram to refund this has not happened.
Clearly just taken the money and ran. Avoid!!!!!!

No customet service still after 6 weeks waiting no delivery no repsonse to emails stay away !!!

Product arrived after ages of waiting. Kept getting updates on delivery throughout and they gave an "upgrade" to a bigger size. Finally arrived. Seems to leak slowly from bottom and the insulation is not all its cracked up to be! A very thin layer of padding basically. Not desperately impressed. Does the job but cant see it lasting very long.

Order placed and paid in full 9 Sept and I’m still waiting for it as @ 16 Oct. Feels like a scam. Email received to say it’s stuck at customs but if I click a link I’m eligible to get an upgrade - no thanks. Please Cancel my order and kindly give me a full refund - thank you

Don’t buy, wasn’t clear that delivery was 4+ weeks. No communication. Haven’t even received item!

Ordered on 7th September. Had a couple of apologetic emails about delays, but advised delivery was to be this week. Chased twice today and NOTHING. This was for my birthday so pretty angry! Kicking myself for not reading the reviews! :(

I ordered this product in the middle of August and have just received it today. Had thought it was a scam as only way I could make contact was by email. They did keep me updated by email with any queries I had and didn't know what to expect when the product would arrive, if it even would. But I have it up and have had a dip and all is good. Nice pod and good size. Worth the wait.

After waiting weeks for the stock to actually come into the country after paying for my order, I was assured of a delivery date which came and went, when I queried this, the emails from customer care stopped, I can only assume this is a scam, after researching them on companies house. I doubt I will get my money back even after threatening to go Legal because nobody replies to me anymore. Do not touch this company.

Ordered on the 22nd of August and still not received my product, shocking customer services,only contactable by email. They've constantly lied about when I shall receive my order promising it is coming yet no sign of it. Also refused to refund my money despite asking for a refund several times

I cant comment on the quality of the item due to not actually receiving anything from the company after i have spent out a lot of money. The problem seems to be that the owner uses a drop shipping method and has no overall contact with the suppliers and manufacturer's of this product which is a great business model for him but not the consumer.

Unfortunately their are many people trying to be like amazon but cant fore fill their orders or supply times. Its quite simple don't advertise this unless you can offer it.

Company's like this need to be shut down unless they are buying directly from the supplier and have control over their products.

Bought mid August (as I liked the Facebook ad !!). After a couple of emails blaming non delivery on various reasons I asked for money back as I was concerned from the reviews I had seen and they did return the £100 quickly into my account. Bought a Polar one on Amazon Prime for the same price and have been using it nearly every day since. Don't know why I didn't do Amazon Prime in the first place!

DO NOT BUY!!!

firstly they lie about shipping time 3-5 days (to get your money) is more like 5 weeks, claim they have a quality product that leaks and has no propper lid to keep the ice water cold or debris out.

And then have the audacity to request the ice bath back before they send a refund....

And then tell me I have to speak to my bank to speed up the funds...

I doubt I'll ever see that money. Facking ar*eholes

This is a scam. Delivery never takes place.
Just random email blaming customs issues every so often.

It took over a month and a half for my order to arrive, albeit the company did give good communication regarding this and informed me of shipment issues. However when the pod finally arrived, once built it was deflating as has a small hole. I have emailed support 3 weeks ago and still not had a reply. It's not a cheap product so expected better. Still waiting for a reply.

1 star review but that's only because I can't leave 0 stars. The lack of communication from this company is appalling. Made numerous efforts via email, dms or comments on posts and no replies. Still awaiting delivery of part of an order. Been months now, I guess I'll shop elsewhere for the rest

Can someone explain to me why when I go on to Google Street Maps OptiTherapy 54-60 Heene Road Worthing is showing as a pub! I am trying to contact to ask where my order is and why I cannot track it, are we dealing with a dodgy company here?

Awful service, take forever to get back to you, don’t say it’s on pre order until you’ve paid for it, wait 6 weeks for a broken, leaking ice bath and now they won’t reply.
Will never use this company ever again for anything.

SCAM ! ordered one 5 months ago received nothing , in the beginning polite response on my emails but now I want a refund, no response anymore!
