Never use this business
Absolute disgrace. Deducted a whopping fee for a course that never happened, for literally no services or effort. Never fall for this shoddy business. I am personally recommending other courses to all colleagues and associates.

Thank you for taking the time to offer your review. We are disappointed with the comments received as they do not paint an accurate picture of the actual events that transpired. For readers we would like to clarify that you did not complete the booking process by the deadline specified and accordingly we had to cancel the arrangements that had been put in place for you, to avoid further costs to us. For reasons unknown to us you decided to make a course payment AFTER the deadline, knowing that the course would not be going ahead (this was made absolutely clear in the booking instructions). We deducted a sum equal to 10% of the course fee in order to cover our administrative costs associated with making the course arrangements, which is not unreasonable. We would like to reassure our clients and prospective clients that your circumstances were very unusual and unfortunate, but brought about by the fact that you were unable to complete the booking as per the terms laid out to you. We would also like to assure our clients and prospective clients that this is the first and only occurrence of this kind and we always aim to offer the highest level of service.
