The toothbrush blatantly doesnt slow down when pressing too hard. Also the red light is fairly pointlessly positioned as you often cant see it whilst brushing. However they did refund the purchase so... もっと見る

I purchased a io5 electric toothbrush…
I purchased a io5 electric toothbrush on 25/10/26,its now 12th Oct 26
I have charged it 3 times,it does not hold its charge,if I send it for repair (which I shouldn't have to do) they will repair it once,then thats it,so I'm sending back for refund cos its within 30 days,but,I have to pay all postage costs and refund will be a cheque,why can't they just refund my money,they have all the details,we have no bank in out town,what good is a cheque.
Not impressed,would recommend others to purchase somewhere where you can take it back,I.e Boots or likewise,the toothbrush itself is very good though.

I don’t believe this issue has been…
I don’t believe this issue has been properly addressed.
I paid €102 for this order, which includes two Oral-B iO2 toothbrushes. The chargers supplied are not compatible with standard electrical sockets in the Republic of Ireland, where I live.
Once the toothbrushes run out of battery, how am I supposed to charge them? I cannot use the supplied chargers with my household sockets, and I was not made aware of this practical limitation before purchasing the products.
I have already contacted customer services about this issue, but I did not receive a response to my previous message.
I purchased these products from the official Oral-B UK website and expected to be able to use and charge them in my home. Simply advising me to purchase an additional adapter does not adequately resolve my concern.
I would like Oral-B to provide a suitable charging solution for both toothbrushes at no additional cost. If this is not possible, please explain what alternative resolution you can offer.
I look forward to a clear response and a satisfactory resolution.

Free items adverised
Free items adverised, I didn't receive them. When I called, I was told I had to add them to my basket at checkout stage, turns out you can't actually do that. You have to physically add the free items in your basket to claim them.

Not happy with service provided
After various E Mails/telephone calls, I still have not got the correct replacement brushes after been promised these were correct one for delivery & promised I would get a refund for it. Now they are asking for a clearer picture of the brushes that I had previously sent. So I'm not impressed with the service received.

I received a toothbrush that wouldn’t charge I returned it and has been accepted into the warehouse last Wednesday. I am still without a toothbrush. I have sent many emails but to no avail.

The new Oral B Satin Tape is breaking and fraying
You have put your Oral B Satin Tape into a 50m size,but you have reduced the width of the tape plus possible thinkness,this I have found to start to tear and fray during cleaning of my teeth.I have been using this Satin tape for around 5 yearsI think and have a good friend who started using it .After calling your office ,a few days later I stayed with this friend and the first thing she said to me was ,what about this tape at the moment.She is now having more trouble than I am with this new tape.The lady in question liked to slide and polish the sides of the teeth with to old sized tape.It is jamming fraying and breaking on a daily basis.This is the first time I have written to or about a major company,and feel that you have made the product a little too small this time ,as the old stock was very good for purpose.Please can we have our old Satin tape back

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered 2 sets of brushes, one is on preorder the other isnt. They didnt send the one in stock. When I asked why, one person said theres a technical fault, another said its not in stock and the third said we can only send it together when the pre order is available. Itsan absolute joke. No other company would be so miserly to not send the one in stock first. Awful customer service
