Good price and delivery
I was given a discount card for the toothbrush by my dentist so I got a great reduction.
It was easy to order and I received the toothbrush in a couple of days.

Ordered item not available
I keep receiving emails telling me the items I ordered are not yet in stock and are delayed. My children need their toothbrushes now and my preference at this stage would be to cancel and order from elsewhere, but the emails give no information on this as an option.

Fast delivery and genuine quality! Ordered replacement brush heads from Oral-B, and they arrived ahead of schedule. Genuine Oral-B heads are much better than cheap ones. Excellent service! I will definitely order directly from them again!

The tooth brush is a great product - pity about Oral B’s failure to provide extended warranty as stated in advert!
The tooth brush is a great product and my teeth feel as if they are the cleanest they have ever been.
However the unfortunate issue I experienced occurred after I bought 2 toothbrushes direct from Oral B - 1 each for my wife and myself. These purchases were on basis of their online advert which stated I would receive a 1 year extension to their normal 2 year warranty. To receive that I was required to input online reference numbers printed on base of each toothbrush.
Following delivery, I tried to register the purchases online. In the process of doing so I was subsequently notified I was too late to benefit from that offer! The toothbrushes had to be purchased prior to (26th?) September 2026.
In summary, I felt that sharp practice / underhand sales tactics (misdescription) had been employed to secure these sales! That was most disappointing….

Slippery handle, pictorial instructions, mode selection not clear
The handle is completely smooth, and when wet it just slips out of my hand. My last one had a panel of rubber to make it easy to hold. I've added a rubber band to help me. Very chic. I can't tell which mode it's operating in. They all sound the same to me, but I would like to select the soft mode. The pictorial instructions are not very helpful. I only bought it because my hygienist suggested to do so. One good thing is the battery seems to last at least a week.

Excellent product
Arrived quickly. Good deal. My previous electric toothbrush had seen better days, this is a great improvement. The App is a nice little gimick, not sure it's necessary, I do find it useful to ensure I've cleaned all my teeth. Impressed.
