Apologies, the review was for Orangestate Properties NOT Orange Estates.

I had some fiat sitting in my bank account and wanted to invest in a rental property. I got a nice 2-bedroom flat near the center and I specifically requested that they'd provide me something that can be rented out quickly and they definitely checked that box.

Since our experience was excellent, to say the least, we are going to recommend you to all our clients.

All their offers and proposals were transparent, at least this is how it seemed to us. They didn't push us properties we didn't ask for. We had a budget and they stuck to it.

We have only good words to say! The service is top-notch and the people are lovely. Thanks again!

Their architect was easy to talk to and she understood our needs well. We can recommend.

If we ever have another reason or opportunity to buy another property then this company is going to facilitate the trade. We have some experience in dealing with their agents and I think they did a flawless job so we are more than satisfied how things are.

A very non-toxic vibe, these people just seemed so happy it made the entire purchasing process smoother and we are giving them 5-stars here!

There were only perhaps 1-2 agencies around here that we considered "legit" or flexible enough for our needs and they were one of them. The transaction was smooth and they didn't disappoint. Can (and will) definitely recommend to our friends & family.

Last Tuesday, we had our second appointment and things are looking great. I think they finally found what we have been looking for and from here on forward it's just a matter of negotiations.

This agency was recommended to us by one of our family members who has dealt with them before. We had a pretty nice experience and knew what to expect and things went well. They have a truly professional team of agents and all our inquiries were handled in time.

Since our budget was already set in stone they had to come up with the best solution for our need. Their architects worked on our ideas and we finally approved the plans. It takes a while before we can see the final results but I am positive about the future.

Our very first home was purchased with their help and assistance. The agents were lovely and we got a fat discount in my opinion so we are fully satisfied how this turned out!

They managed to sell our old country house for a fair price. The process was easy and they didn't bother us more than necessary. Can definitely recommend them.
