I’ve been a customer for a long time but my last order never arrived!
No response
Really bad
It seems like it’s under maintenance
Edit: my money was returned. But still no response…

I placed two orders. The first one with ordinary shipping and it didn't arrive. The second one with tracking and I was given a tracking number only when I asked for it. Though the shipping is undetectable on the relevant website and has been so for three weeks now. I wonder whether they actually sent anything. But they did cash my money.

The products sold on this site are not in stock and claim to be. Once the order is paid for, the seller Jack informs you that they are out of stock, that they will restock next week, they ask you if you need to replace the product. A week later, no more messages, no more emails informing you of the status of your order, you write to them and they don't answer you anymore. Ordered on July 19, 2022, I received it on August 17, 2022, that is to say 29 days after the paid order.
Check out the trustpilot link on their website, it is dead redirected to their old domain name which they have since changed to fool visitors. Ignore the few positive reviews. Next

IT IS SCAM: they sent me a tracking number for a parcel not addressed to me.There was not my name and surname neither my address. So i had never got the parcel and they refused to send to me.

The last products I ordered are pure garbage.

They didn't have MDPHP (but they did let you request it) and they changed it to MDPEP, that's poison

bonjour , je suis francais et j'ai commandé 2000 euros de 3mmc chez orange chems ! ils m'ont balladé pendant 3 mois et la ils me disent la bouche en coeur que le 3mmc a été interdit alors qu'ils sont en rupture de stock ety que plus personne ne veut leur vendre des produits de recherche ! ils ne veulent pas me rembourser pretextant une assurance bidon ! aussi soyez vigilent car ce sont des menteurs et des voleurs

En général, très rapide et produits de très bonnes qualités. Toujours. Les produits que j’ai commandé en tout cas se sont toujours révélé à plus de 99% purs (vérifié en labo).
A la dernière commande avant le ban, ils avaient oublié un produit sur deux, je leur ai envoyé un mail et j’ai reçu le reste de ma commande deux jours après (commande #29770). Merci pour votre confiance et votre réactivité !
Très bon service, très pro, même si sur un peu plus de 10 commandes 2 ne sont jamais arrivées depuis que je commande chez eux, mais je suis certain qu’ils ont envoyé et que ça été perdu ou bloqué à la frontière…

To orangechems team : even though I received the missing powder from my order 29770, a lot of powder was lost because it was poorly packaged. in all, I received about 400mg, the rest came out of the box ...
I am very disappointed especially after the ban ... I am ready to repay my order which was made before the ban to have a sachet of powder well closed, and to have all the ordered quantity. You can contact me By mail.
I still put 5/5 in orangechems because they never disappointed me. small problems but very good site! And RC of very good quality

Sus pedidos siempre llegaban, eran puntuales, la calidad es otra historia a parte, algunos muy buenos y otros no tanto.

Es mejor que los productos lleguen y puedas opinar a que no lleguen y no puedas opinar nunca.

It WAS the best shop (6/5 Stars), there was never any problem with it.
Unfortunately it is gone.
I wouldnt recommend ordering if it appears again, its probably a scam from someone else. If something changes I'll update.
