I was a bit worried about my order as I hadn't heard anything from the company following placing my order. After about a week I got in touch via livechat and managed to get an order confirmation sent to a different email address. I was worried as I hadn't has a proof and at this point it was 3 days before my order was due to be dispatched. I contacted them via telephone and the lady was very helpful and I had a proof sent to me same day. I contacted them again the day my order was supposed to be dispatched and Phil was very helpful in reassuring me by chasing with the warehouse team and informing me that the order would be dispatched on that day, as scheduled. I received the order on y estimated delivery date.
Now I know more about the order process I won't be as stressed ordering again with them.

The items all arrived in great condition and exactly as expected.

Just received our order and it has exceeded all expectation, considering we paid under £200 for 12 items I am amazed at the quality of both the garments themselves and the quality and detail of the embroidery. We actually stripped our logo back but seeing the detail now I feel confident that next time we order, and there will definitely be a next time, we could resort to our standard logo.~
Delivery would have been bang on time too if I hadn't missed the logo proof in our inbox.

If your in need of uniform for your company then your better off looking some where eles. This company are employeed by or get trained to be incompetent and usless.
I placed an order on the 19th of October with an estimated dispatch date of the 31th of October.
25/102025 - called to see if there was any issues? Their responce no issues and to keep an eye for the email with mock up
31/10/2025 - called to check on the staus of the order and was told that they are very busy and they have not got to my order yet. Really? But by the end of the day i will get the mock up for my approval. Once appoved it will go into production and dispatched that day. Member of staff promised to call me once this has been done.
04/11/2025 - called my slef as have not heard from this company and or the member of staff that should of called me. Was told that the order has been completed on the 31th but sent out with out a delivery lable. Now correct me if im worng but who in their right mind would look at a package with no lable and say "yep this is good to go"? Also why would any delivery company collect a package with no address?

Will have no further interactions with this absolute worthless company and its staff other than to demand a full and immediate refund.

1st time order and mistakes and shortage of stock
Did not get what I ordered changed order to help them out and then found out after being told they had stock that these were not available to. Id shop else where if I'm been honest

Very happy overall and would definitely recommend. Their biggest strengths I would say are variety of clothing options, competitive pricing for products and print/ embroidery, great customer service and quick delivery time. The only thing I would say is the embroidery isn’t 100% consistent and can have slight variations/ imperfections but you would really have to have a keen eye for detail or a microscope to notice! At logo size it’s negligible!

Could not be more impressed by the quality and results. I will not hesitate to order again and I wouldn't bother going anywhere else

We recently ordered a number of items from Order Uniform UK - The quality of the clothing itself was good. The problems come with the customisation and minimal offers to put things right.

When you initially get a 'proof' they fail to show you what this will look like in relation on the clothing. Unfortunately, we also use another logo from a different company that in this instance was not correct, meaning we are unable to use the clothing due copy rights. With over £300 of items over two orders there solution to the problem was 'we are happy to offer you
a discount on a replacement or a future order'.

If you need a trust worthy company these are probably not them.

Great experience from ordering to reviewing our sample and then delivery. The Items are of very good quality and can honestly say we will be ordering again especially with the prices for the bundles are reasonable and affordable.

From start to finish, excellent service.
Was sent a photo of the logo which was to used, making sure i was happy. Delivered quckly after confirmation. All garments were of a good quality and fitted perfectly.Would i purchase again, yes i would.

Have just received my order and I have to say they have exceeded my expectations. Both in the quality of garment and in the quality of the embroidered logo. Communication was fast and efficient. Nice to see quality workmanship. Special mention to Phil who was professional, fast and efficient.

What can I say. From start to finish and even during a complete logo redesign Kelly has been an absolute legend. Giving her honest feedback to make sure the logo and colour way would look it's absolute best. It's refreshing to have somebody actually care about the end product as much as I do. Highly recommend and will definitely be having ally uniform embroidery done by order uniforms UK.

Easy to communicate with and quality workmanship. The company are thorough and get your company workwear just right. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the jumpers we ordered (with our branded customisation) were not a likeness to how they appeared on the website.
'S Orange' is not a solid orange colour as it appears on the . It is a Orange with noticeable white threads going through it showing the true poor quality of the product. The jumpers were also fairly bobbled.
Not only were they not up to standard, the company didn't send the full order. I am STILL (over 5 weeks since placing the order) waiting on the final jumper to arrive.

From the day I raised the concern and requested replacements it took the person I was liaising with 2 and a half weeks to tell me that the company were not willing to replace the items.
Instead, as an offer of 'Goodwill' they offered us discount on our next order. Typical business strategy.
Obviously, no amount of discount would lead me to order from this company again. All in all, a very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I made an order from them and a really nice lady phoned me and explained everything to do with my order and the best way to get the best results for my order and then sent me a sample via email to make sure everything was before producing it and once I ok it then got it out to me with in days and everything was perfect thank you for all the hard work and I will 100% ordering again

I recently purchased uniforms from Order Uniform UK, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The quality of the fabric is very good - comfortable, durable, and looks great even after few washes. The fit was perfect, and I appreciate the wide range of sizes and colours available. The customer service was fantastic as well, with helpful staff who dealt with my queries quickly and professionally.

3 colour logo sent, the 3 colours confirmed to them in writing. They changed the Logo to 2 colours without asking permission or advising they had done so. All my fault as I didn't notice this in the mockup. Now they offer to remake in the 3 colours if I pay again, in fairness with some undisclosed discount.

Come on guys where's the customer communication and service?

Also beware of their layout diagrams one of the diagrams is the reverse of a t shirt, the diagrams are not labelled as front and back just a small curved line on the neck removed to indicate the back diagram???. In fairness they also wrote nape of neck, had to Google that one after the event.

Anyone would think they want you to get it wrong and have to pay twice 🤣
