Organized Me is an interactive PDF planner used within a compatible note-taking app, such as the free version of Goodnotes. We’re sorry for the confusion. We do our best to accurately explain our planner’s format on our website.

To clarify, our planner does require a PDF annotation app to be used, and we specifically design it to work within the free version of GoodNotes so that customers don’t need to pay for the full app. We also provide step-by-step guides to make downloading and setup as simple as possible, and we’re always happy to walk through the process directly with you if you encounter any issues.

Regarding refunds: because our planners are digital downloads, they cannot be returned once accessed. For this reason, our policy requires proof of a technical issue that prevents the product from being used in order to process a refund. That said, we always do our best to resolve setup challenges so that customers can enjoy their planner.

To clarify a couple of points for transparency: our planner does require a PDF annotation app (such as GoodNotes) to be used, but it is fully compatible with the free version of GoodNotes.

Regarding the subscription concern: our planner is a one-time purchase. We don’t charge ongoing subscription fees. When you purchase a current year planner, you also receive the following year’s version free of charge. Future years are offered as new products, similar to how paper planners are purchased annually. This helps us continue improving the product each year while keeping the initial price fair.

In terms of refunds: because our planners are digital downloads, they cannot be returned once accessed. For that reason, our policy requires proof of a technical issue that prevents the planner from working in order to issue a refund. That said, we’re always more than happy to assist with setup and ensure you can get full use of your purchase.
