I placed an online order for airline tickets, for a total cost of about $700. I get an email from Orgmytrip saying they were unable to get that flight but can get another one for $1,000. Even though the bait-and-switch sounded shady, I was unable to get good tickets elsewhere due to the short notice, so I agreed. That is when the scam began.

They first asked me to send traveler details and write on my reply "I agree," which I did. They said this will allow them to book the flight. Something seemed odd though, so I checked my credit card pending charges and found a $300 extra charge from a company called Green Dot Travels LLC in NJ, in addition to my $1,000 airline ticket cost. I wrote Orgmytrip back immediately but they would not reply, so I called the phone number listed on their email. A man with a heavy Indian accent answered, and when I requested a cancellation, he yelled repeatedly, "No! You pay! No cancel, no refund!" and then hung up. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Due to banking restrictions and regulations in my country, I had difficulties to make the payment. Antonio Cruz from OrgMyTrip was very kind and helpful in getting the payments done. He dedicated 3 days of work to solve the problems and got us upgrades on the flight, adding luggage on board and in the hold for the same price.
The process was transparent and secure and Antonio was very patient with me. I am very grateful for his commitment and invaluable help. I highly recommend this company!

AntonioCruz was very helpful and attentive on my needs to get my last minute flight booked. As a customer I really appreciate the attention and timely manner the situation was handled.

The website did not allow us to pay and so my wife called up an agent. The agent said that the flight that we were looking for is no longer available and that the price has risen. My wife asked to cancel the purchase three times but the agent insisted that there are still options. I joined the call and asked to cancel but he still insisted rudely about being unable to cancel because it is already in process. Finally he said "Ok, I will cancel" and just hung up the phone on us. Never had this kind of experience booking a flight in my entire life.

I don’t even give them a 1 rating. They totally tried to rip us off. We had booked a trip (8 of us) & supposed to travel November 11th 2023. One of the travelers name was wrong. Her last name was in the middle name position & her middle name was in her last name position on the ticket reservation. When I called to change it (after 45 min) I was told that it would cost 600.00 & she wouldn’t be allowed to fly at the airport unless it was changed. Obviously I told them they were crazy. We called directly to United airline & they happily changed it at no cost. Talk about taking advantage.

Poor, lengthy phone conversation with poor outcome on airline seating. Poor transparency because I thought I was calling Lufthansa Reservations!

There was a technology glitch that wouldn't allow me to enter a Canadian province. Maddy helped me navigate through this and found the solutions and helped me get my boarding pass.

I needed to book seats on 4 flights and had to have together. Orgmytrip was able to do that for a fee but it was worth it. Representatives that I spoke with did a great job and although there was a small glitch it was resolved without issue.

She was very helpful and got me the price I needed to make the change.

I’m am very disappointed in your company or any company that would take advantage of Seniors or Veterans & charge them a ridicules charge for something already paid for. You are wrong in charging that amount of monies. I am going to the better business beauo to report this!

Ana was very patient with me. I accidentally deleted my the email that had my flight reservation. I didn't remember which card I used or anything else other than the date I was leaving and coming back. Ana was very confident in what she was doing and even though it took a little bit she checked in to make sure I was still o. The phone very often.

My experience with Abram, was wonderful. he was so
courteous and understanding of my issue. The need for me to cancel my flight was that my just had word the my younger sister past away It was a difficult situation and he understood, and was very kind to me. I will give him and A plus.

Great experience with delta and fast service with Dillion he was a great help for me

Franklin was very helpful in getting the trip put back in place. It was still hard to understand the final price breakdown. Probably because I am still upset that I was charged a change fee.
