Terrible company…super shady.
Customer support is terrible and will not do anything to ship my parcel. They have stolen 300 dollars from me. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks.

DO NOT USE ORIENTDIG
Genuinely one of the worst shipping agents. I purchased 10 products that weigh around 350 gram each. I was told the weight of the package cannot exceed 5000 gram. So 350x10 is 3500, which leaves about 3 pounds of room for packing and a box. About 2 weeks later, after they took 200 dollars from my credit card, they say the package weight is now 5300 grams. Somehow they used almost 4 pounds of packing material and a box. So now the package cannot be shipped, I had to pay them more money to remove one of the products from the order. It’s been over a week, and the package weight still has not been updated. Keep in mind they have already taken the money out of my account. Dealing with their customer service is a migraine as they barely speak English and repeat the same 5 phrases. No matter how quickly you reply they still take 24-48 hours to get back to you, and 90% of the time it’s not even remotely helpful. Completely shady company with shady business tactics. I would honestly just recommend using ACbuy or any other agent.

Holy 💩. Genuinely wasted my money on the BS. It’s been a month since I ordered and it still hasn’t arrived. I thought I would be saving money by buying at Orient.dig but this has to be the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Honestly the agent is weird AF and not giving any solutions, refunds, or my long sleeve. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Pretty sure I just got scammed.
