These tasks fall under the purview of our partners, who are responsible for the surveying, ordering, installation, and aftercare of the products. This process is backed by Originâs product warranty, which covers any physical defects in our products.
When an Origin product is purchased through a partner, the contract is with the partner, and it is their responsibility to address any issues or queries you may have regarding the order, installation, or aftercare, including any remedial work.
We recommend that you contact our trade partner for an aftersales assessment of your door. They will be able to identify the cause of the issues you are experiencing. If they find any defective parts, we will replace them free of charge under the warranty. If adjustments or servicing are needed, they will advise you on the best course of action.
Rest assured, if our trade partners are unable to identify the cause, we are always here to support them, as they have direct lines of contact with us.
