Customer service for a small unique business is well equal to a top fivehundred company. Not only timely but with a clear cut response to all questions asked.

Truly the best customer service ever. Ben is a warm, friendly person with whom I’ve had such helpful and kind email exchanges from the start. I had an unexpected choice of when to have the puzzle sent, and when he found it was for a birthday present it was despatched immediately. Due to my mistake it did not arrive. Ben replied late at night and early morning to help me trace it. Luckily it was found and my friend was delighted with it. Truly 10 star service. Thank you so much . This company has heart and soul as well as wonderful puzzles.

The quality and thought behind every small detail is incredible. Well worth every penny,I have 5 of these jigsaws now and have 2 more on order for Christmas.
They are brilliant,the whole family gets involved, even the dog!
Though his input was a bit detrimental and we had to ask if we could purchase the piece we suspect he ate!
What a wonderful reply from Ben to my request. It was so personal and I felt he truly cared and wanted to help as much as possible.
I filled in a requisition to the “search and rescue “ and they are sending me, for a small donation to their charity they support, for the missing piece.

The puzzle arrived within a couple days after ordering and was perfect. It looks and feels like really good quality and I love the story. I also ordered a card and it looks so sweet. Can’t wait to get another puzzle!

The jigsaws are of an extremely high quality, the artwork is fabulous. I purchased one as a gift and today ordered another for myself. I cannot praise Ben enough, I'd omitted to complete the message section for the gift jigsaw & I realised the recipient would worry. Just one hopeful email I sent & everything was thoughtfully sorted out perfectly with a message sent to me to confirm. I'm so impressed by the high standards, attention to detail and overall customer care shown by this brother & sister team, they really deserve to flourish. Thanks guys.

Hi All. It’s been many years since I purchased a jigsaw but it just seemed a good idea with the darker evenings drawing in. Coming up to Christmas I thought a festive subject appropriate. I looked at a number of sites but when I came across ‘O Holy Night’, I knew this was the one for me, not because I’m particularly religious, but because I loved so many aspects of the puzzle. Too many to list here but my admiration for your illustrator knows no bounds!
Thank you all for the dedication and energy that go into producing such a high quality British product.

Ordered on a Monday and my jigsaw puzzle arrived on the Wednesday in its own lovely canvass bag. The puzzle is for my daughter and son in law who first put me onto your company when they bought one last Christmas, and I was so impressed with the originality and quality of the picture. It is so nice to be able to support a small business and I'll definitely be treating myself to one for Christmas if nobody else buys me one (Ive dropped enough hints!). Thank you for such great service.

Have bought a few jigsaws for my wife, they are unique, brilliantly packaged and illustrated, covering all sorts of interesting themes with some nice pop culture references. We lost a piece for one jigsaw and they were able to replace it based on pictures having sent out 'a search team'.
Everything is done with a nice but of English wit and I wish them nothing but continued success.

The puzzle is a gift so I can’t review that, but the service was amazing (so I’m sure the puzzle will be too). As soon as I ordered I got confirmation very quickly and the delivery time was incredible, especially considering this is a small company. Thank you so much.

Ordered the Musicals 1000 piece jigsaw as a birthday present for my sister who loves both jigsaws and musicals…..the parcel arrived quickly, quality looks great and my sister was thrilled with it - so many different musical references to find. A fabulous product and I’ll be looking to buy again.

I ordered a jigsaw on Saturday evening as a Christmas present for my daughter who is a massive fan of both jigsaws and musicals. On Monday morning I received a lovely email from Ben Blackwell with a couple of queries. I replied expecting to have to contact Ben again but no, I received an email first thing this morning but again it was not just an acknowledgment but a lovely friendly email. This is not just customer service this is what customer service should be. Will I use this company again, definitely 👍🏻

I have nothing but praise for this company - in particular Ben, who pulled out all the stops to ensure that my order of "Thank you for the Music" and "The Show Must Go On" was fulfilled prior to my departure to Australia later this week. Ben politely pointed out to me that the despatch date for the Musicals puzzle specified on the description was Nov 19th (I hadn't noticed this). I told him that I was going to Australia on 14th, and was hoping to have the puzzles wrapped and left with my sister for distribution at Christmas. Ben sorted this out, the puzzles were delivered on 9th Nov giving me plenty of time to get them wrapped and delivered to my sister.

Ordered puzzles over the weekend d and this morning had an email to check that I had noticed one of them was a preorder with a dispatch date in a couple of weeks, and asking me to confirm I am happy with this.
Very good of them to check - excellent customer service.

I haven’t received my puzzle yet but asked if they could recommend a board which they did immediately. It was refreshing to receive a helpful and personal response so quickly.
