Originals CBD is a UK-based shop for people who take the plant seriously. We sell CBD flower, oils, hash, gummies and vapes, sourced from growers we trust across the USA and EU. Nothing anonymous, nothing shelf-warmed. Honesty is the point. Every product page lists the dominant terpenes, the full cannabinoid breakdown and the genetics behind each strain, so you can see exactly what you're buying before you order. Every batch is independently lab-tested for cannabinoid content, purity and safety before it goes on sale. We've been around the plant for 15+ years, and it shows in the details: careful strain selection, a proper cure, and plain, discreet packaging on every order. Delivery is UK to UK. Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and we dispatch the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with next-day delivery available at checkout. If you've been let down by dodgy CBD before, this is the shop built as the answer to that. We'd rather lose a sale than sell something we can't stand behind. Have a look around, and if you're not sure where to start, just ask.
Know what you're buying

Just had my first sample of Critical Berries
Just had my first sample of Critical Berries, the product is of excellent quality. This is the second batch of CBD flower I've bought from Originals (the first being sour lifter - also excellent).
The information about the particular strain you are buying is great, the delivery was nice and quick, the packaging was excellent and above all the flower was amazing: a big waft of terpenes when you open the pack, stick resinous buds that look, smell and taste incredible.
The price seemed a little steep, but clearly this is top shelf stuff being sent out so no problem spending a few quid on something that it so worth it.
Will be buying again in the future :)

Cheers Mike, great to have you back for a second go. Glad the Critical Berries lived up to the Sour Lifter. We know the price isn't the cheapest, but we'd rather put the money into the flower itself, so it's good to hear you think it's worth it. Thanks for such a thorough review.

Hi Alex, thanks for your review. As stated on our delivery page, orders are dispatched after 1pm, and your tracking followed shortly after that - well within our normal timeframe. We did respond to your enquiry directly too. We understand waiting for tracking can be frustrating, but we don't think this reflects the service you actually received. Hope the order lands well with you.

Hi Steve, sorry to hear this batch wasn't up to the standard you're used to. We've been going through some well publicised challenges recently which have affected our stock levels and we're working hard to get back to full strength. We'd have loved the chance to resolve this directly if you'd reached out and given us a bit of time to respond. Hope to win you back when we're fully back up and running.

I wouldn't order from here anymoreâŠ
I wouldn't order from here anymore twice I had missing items. Second time they gave a partial refund and basically closed my account . 3.5gram for £18.50is way over priced so I expected the stuff I paid for. Not an email blaming me for there messup. Absolutely buy with caution peeps. You messed my first oz up 3times sending me the incorrect amount it was shorty 14 gram you couldn't even get it right after being told and sent photos. Your not the only cbd shop in the UK there is plenty to choose from flagging an account for you mess up isn't a good way to treat loyal customers.and to clarify you refunded 13.95 not£18.50 which is what I payed for each item all 4 of them

Hi Lee, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy. To clarify - we refunded the specific item reported as missing, not the full order, as the remaining items were received. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service which is exactly why we replaced missing items on multiple occasions before this order. On this occasion we have made a business decision after several flags on this account. We wish you all the best.

Excellent company offering products that are incredibly helpful and soothing for those let down by prescription medication. A natural way to relax, soothe aches and pains, and get a restful night's sleep. Their harassment by the police is beyond disgraceful when there is so much actual crime to investigate.
