Extremely Disappointed – Support and Product Quality have plummeted

We were initially very satisfied — the chatbot was intuitive, easy for our clients to use, and genuinely saved us time. Unfortunately, a major interface change completely disrupted our user experience. Instead of the chatbot opening automatically with a welcoming message, users now have to manually “start a chat”, which led our daily users to drop from 40 to just 2 users in the span of two months.

We reached out to customer support multiple times — the only response we ever received was “we’ll get back to you”, with no follow-up whatsoever.

We’re actively looking for an alternative and, based on our recent experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Orimon. The bot is overly focused on collecting leads right from the start of the conversation, rather than allowing a natural flow where the customer can first learn about and be convinced by the product. This rush to gather information is off-putting and doesn’t foster customer trust.

Additionally, I’ve encountered multiple issues where the bot sends random characters and symbols, making the conversation confusing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the bot has generated incorrect product prices on several occasions, inventing prices that don’t match the actual listings.

When I first contacted support, I was told I’d receive a response within 12 hours. However, after 14 hours with no reply, I followed up, only to receive vague responses that seemed like stalling tactics, as if the representative didn’t understand my concerns. I then requested a refund, but they outright refused, stating they don’t offer refunds.

Overall, Orimon has been unreliable, and their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address these issues makes it a poor choice for anyone in need of a dependable AI chatbot solution. I would not recommend this service.

The product consistently causes significant browser errors, making it feel like a beta version. The management is unprofessional, continuously stalling, and seems solely focused on monetization. The chatbot provided by Orimon.ai leads to severe delays in website load times. Additionally, a so-called GDPR audit was promoted, which turned out to be inadequate and non-compliant, posing a huge risk for any company that values data protection. Despite my detailed error reports, I was ignored and eventually banned. I strongly advise against using Orimon.ai. The subpar performance and unprofessional support make this product completely unsuitable for business use.

Their system always has errors in the bots, from time to time they stop working and it is a big problem to be able to connect them again to the Facebook pages and other channels. Their platform has many constant errors and it is not possible to work calmly and be sure that the bot will be responding to messages on the platforms. Their technical support only drags you out without any solution, delaying a long time, even weeks, in responding. For my part, I trusted your product and it has only been a waste of time and money.
