They are a genuine scam company. I placed an order for two exhaust hose extension kits with spigots for my Fral SC14 and what I received was nothing like the photo. Firstly I only received one item rather than the two I have been charged for. Secondly it was a cheap generic flimsy vinyl hose which does not screw into the adapter and is not the Fral OEM extension kit I requested as it is missing the spigots.

I raised this with them immediately and they said they would look into it, then got no further replies. I then requested to return the half order I have received as its not compatible with my unit and they never replied.

I have had to raise a formal dispute with my credit card provider as they are scam artists who clearly make money by only sending partial ordersand/or cheap imitation products.

All I wanted is to return the fake product for a refund but no replies

No communications. No ETA on goods. If you phone it says to email. If you email it gets read, but no reply.

I ordered 2x Fans, one arrived. Who knows about the other.

Thankfully paid on credit card so will get the money refunded.

What a bunch of jokers.

Was speaking with Someone on the phone who at the end of the call claimed he was the owner.

I was enquiring about some replacement feet for two outside condensers as they have been knocked and need replacing. I sent them all the relevant information off of the units and asked if they could advise which feet they stock would fit. He said that he doesn't have a clue as he is not an engineer, I asked him how can you supply something if you don't know what it is your supplying. He then proceeded to get very rude and said that I should know what I am ordering, but as I explained I am ordering parts from you guys and you don't actually know what your supplying.

I asked to speak with his manager which he said he was the manager, so then I asked to speak with the owner I which he replied he is the owner.

I have been in engineering for over 20 years now and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I would advise not to use this company, as if I didn't know what I was supplying my customers I would be out of a job

Despite numerous phone calls and emails there is no response form Orionair.
The pump which is less that a year old has stopped working.
I was asked to fill inn a form which i did about 6 weeks ago. Since then no contact.
When you phone it consistantly goes to voice mail.
Is the company still trading?.

Always used Orion Air Sales and refuse to look elsewhere.

Never any issues and Anthony who sorted out my order knows his stuff. Thanks again.

They have sold me AC filter which are not as advertised on the website. This company is a fraud and they are also not giving me a refund I spent about £370 with delivery.

This company deserves 0 stars for pathetic customer service, 0 for after sales, and absolutely big zero for installation services. They messed up my whole installation via alpha air ltd which is another pathetic company and then stopped responding to any of the issues reported. They are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters and scam people, so please stay away from them or u will end up losing thousands

Awful customer service. Wish I had read the other reviews. Will not take responsibility for their own ineptitude and blames everyone else even when you point out that they are factually incorrect.

Dont make the same mistake as I did. Shop elsewhere.

When researching for supply of two Toshiba split systems I came across Orion Air from the start of my initial enquiry and requests for quotes on various systems they, in particular Erminio, have been extremely helpful and prompt answering all emails normally within an hour

On settling on a particular system and placing an order on Friday 25 July 2024 payments went smoothly and all items safely delivered 10.00 am Monday 29 July

Worst experience I have ever had with an online business.

Booked delivery x3 times, they gave me a tracking number for it only the first time, in which I was never phoned or contacted before TNT (Supposedly) attempted the delivery. They charged me for redelivery (with no tracking number), a month passes, still not delivered, I phone, they tell me for the 4th time that they will look into it, I get really upset and the guy on the phone starts shouting a me and hangs up.

This was a nightmare, I am doing a chargeback on my card now as they simply hang up on me when I said I wanted a refund and I would rather not have to call them anymore.

Please stay away, this is just a headache.

If I could give less than one star, I would without hesitation. This company is absolutely appalling in customer service and communication. Over the past three weeks, I experienced zero communication from them. Reaching them by phone was a real struggle; it felt like they were deliberately avoiding customer inquiries.

I ordered a petrol jet washer three weeks ago and received no updates or acknowledgments of my order until yesterday, when I finally managed to get through to someone on the phone. To my utter dismay, I was told that the item was never in stock and was never going to be dispatched. Despite this, they had no intention of informing me about the status of my order. Instead, they tried to persuade me to purchase another model at double the cost, which is both unethical and infuriating.

This entire experience has been extremely poor. The lack of transparency, the poor customer service, and the blatant disregard for their customers' time and money are beyond unacceptable. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this company is to stay far away and take your business elsewhere. You deserve better than to deal with a company that operates like this.

Had a pleasant experience with Orionair. Anthony was always available throughout the ordering process and after kept me updated on the order progress.

Ordered a unit from Orion. after a few months the unit stopped working so they promptly organised a repair. Unfortunately that was the last I ever saw of my unit. They said they'd send a replacement but I've heard nothing since.

I've called, emailed and used their online form to try and get a response.

The aftercare is really poor.

Horrific experience avoid at all costs. Ordered LG Aircon Unit x 2 cost £608 received but not what we required contacted customer service agent Emi to be told they don't accept returns on LG Air Con we ordered them now they are ours. I quote 'Exactly what are you trying to achieve here?' his attitude is horrendous. No other recourse for our money back £608 to a small charity devastating!

I purchased a Meaco Arete 25L dehumidifier on 3/12/23 as the item was “In Stock”. Was waiting to be informed of delivery but hadn’t heard anything week later. Looked at Trustpilot to see other people had had issues with the company not answering calls or emails. Tried calling, no answer, but the message inbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. Decided to email and said I was going to do a “chargeback” if no response by end of that day. Had a call within 5 minutes… great I thought, until I was informed that my dehumidifier was “on a container ship somewhere and was expected end December to Mid January”… as far as I understand the concept of “in stock” this means item is in your stock room and being sent out straight away !!! Unfortunately the chap could not grasp that idea and said that all the ones on the container ship are spoken for from “in stock”. I demanded my £364 back and brought one from another retailer which arrived the next day. Do not buy from this site (unless you call first to ensure the item actually exists!) to avoid disappointment and inconvenience.

This service was faultless from start to finish. Having just completed a full home renovation, the Aircon was one of the last jobs. I had been quoted by a few local 'specialists' who clearly saw an opportunity to exploit someone with little knowledge.

The experience with Orion and Alpha, who fitted three units for me, could not have been different. Everything from helping me to choose the right equipment through to the smallest detail regarding the installation was taken care of with care and professionalism.

I highly recommend Orion and Alpha.

Ordered a sensor, description should have been the correct one. Arrived and it wasnt correct. No reply from orionair at all... Online bots tell you to email and then ignore. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails ignored. Progressing to chargeback now.
