Stay Away â Unreliable Service and Poor Support
I strongly recommend avoiding this company and looking for another hosting provider.
My experience has been very disappointing. The service suffers from frequent outages, which makes it unreliable if you need stable hosting. I also had concerns about the security of my files, as I did not feel that my data was being handled or protected properly.
The biggest issue, however, was customer support. Instead of trying to investigate or resolve problems, the support team often shifted the blame onto me rather than taking responsibility or offering meaningful assistance. This made the overall experience frustrating and unprofessional.
If you're considering purchasing hosting from this company, I suggest saving your money and choosing a provider with a better reputation for reliability, security, and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OrionsHost.

I would like to clarify a few points because your reply does not accurately reflect my experience.
I originally purchased the Starter plan (#21110) for $7.16, valid from 09/07/2025 to 09/07/2026. The discounted price was offered by your company and I paid it legitimately. After my subscription ended, you expected me to renew at $23.88, which I chose not to do. That is my right as a customer.
My review is not because you suspended my hosting for non-payment. A provider has the right to suspend an expired service. My review is based on the poor quality of the service I received before that, including repeated service interruptions and an unsatisfactory support experience.
I have screenshots and evidence documenting the outages and my conversations with support. Instead of acknowledging the issues, your response simply dismisses my experience and claims that there were never any outages.
Rather than trying to have my review removed, I encourage you to address the concerns raised by your customers. My review reflects my genuine experience and is not written in exchange for any benefit.
If necessary, I am prepared to publish a detailed YouTube video presenting the timeline, screenshots, and evidence of my experience so that others can judge the facts for themselves.

Thank you for the review. We saw you give other companies same review when you have been asked to pay the invoices. We asked you kindly to pay the invoice before we suspended your hosting plan. You said you need to pay 7$ which it was the first time when you came to OrionsHost as new client and the normal price is 23.88$ for 1 year. Thatâs the plan you choosed in the begin. And now you are giving us an bad review because we asked you to pay the invoice we never had any outages or any down time of websites you are just upset because we suspended your website because as i said early you were late on the payment and thatâs the reason why itâs suspended. You can pay the invoice so you can get your website unsuspended.
