returns and refunds

I had ordered 3boxes (4 lights per box) and then was told by my installer that six of the lights in our main livingroom were 3.5' instead of 4". I wanted to return the 1 /2 boxes (6 lights) and re-order six 3.5" lights, but was told that since there were 4 in a box they would only take back 1 box. I ask why, since they also sold these lights separately too. I was told that they could only scan, yes a simple scan, full boxes only. Apparently, it is a system issue. So I am now stuck with 2 lights that I do not require.
So much for good customer service.
On the product side I give them a 5 star review but on customer service only a 2.

Ma.commande n'est toujours pas envoyée


Ma.commande n'est toujours pas envoyée au bout de 3 semaines au moins.
J'ai écris il y a 10 jours et on m'a dit qu'elle serait envoyée sous peu et rien
TrÚs mauvaise communication et cela ressemble à une belle arnaque.
J'ai demandé le remboursement de ma commande mais je crains de devoir faire appel à une société de consommateurs

Very Pleased

I got a notification that the product was sold out but they were trying to get more in so I figured I wasn't going to get it for X'mas as it was a gift for someone but Orka came through and I got it before X'mas. I was very pleased.
