Orthopulse MISLEAD the consumer. This is illegal. Do NOT buy from this site. You can’t get your money back.
I bought heated gloves for my daughter who has Reynolds, they are not heated. I spent a lot of money and they sent extremely poor quality thin gloves that you could buy the equivalent from a pound shop.

Ordered gloves. Didn’t like them. Advised to return them but the return was sent back to me. I’ve emailed customer service but no reply.

Im Dezember Teil-Rückerstattung statt Rücksendung angeboten bekommen und darauf eingegangen, ich Depp.
Geld ist bis heute nicht da - Aber diverse Lügenmails wie diese oder zwei weitere:

Keine Sorge. Wir haben Ihre Rückerstattung nun manuell erneut bearbeitet, um sicherzustellen, dass diesmal alles reibungslos verläuft. Es wird keine weiteren Probleme geben, und Sie sollten die Rückerstattung innerhalb der nächsten zwei bis drei Werktage erhalten.

Das war am 6.1. Januar, Geld ist auch nach weiteren Fragen natürlich nicht eingegangen.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered an item for Christmas which never arrived, contacted there customer service which appears only to be someone called James!! Kept telling me I would receive a refund but of course I haven't. How this company is still live is beyond me.

Absolutely rubbish company, send them your order and get some cheap rubbish delivered from Hong Kong that doesn’t work.
Service is non existent.!!
I had made an order mid November for thermal waterproof trousers they didn’t arrive till mid December, 4 weeks & it was the wrong item I asked for refund they totally ignored my request for refund & sent another item still unsuitable & not fit for purpose . Still no refund to date.
Do not touch this company if you have any sense, there bad news.

I ordered 2 products in through one payment. On the 23rd or January 2026, I still Haven't received my order. Today is 31st January 2026 nearly 2 weeks of wait. I am disappointed at this OrthopulseUK. Never any UK store would take this long. I have never experienced a long wait. So this is my last time purchasing from here.

I ordered a belt for my Pelvic pain. Due to my Scoliosis.

Just awful.

- Products arrive in smashed up packing.
- Products don't do what they are meant to.
- Customer service awful.
They try every trick in the book to avoid refunding you
a) demand an independent report for an £11 item!
b) won't pay return postage for faulty items
c) simply ignore you, or bounceback your messages.

Being stubborn (it's just £11) I didn't want them to get away with it but they did. However, my credit card company did refund me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (and some protection software now blocks their website as a scam).

I wonder if this company actually reads these reviews or, if they do they just don't care about ripping people off, is that why the have an adding France. Ordered fleece leggings according to the sizes on their website. When delivered they were so small would only have fitted a (small) child. Tried several times to get in touch - no response. Eventually sent them back tracked so I know they were delivered, still no response and no refund.

I ordered a Dermalift Ultrasonic Facial Massager which arrived with very poor instructions. After the appliance failed to charge I contacted customer services by email. They asked me to send a video of the appliance highlighting the problem which I did. They then offered a total refund and asked me to contact them if it hadn't arrived within 10 days. I contacted them after 2 weeks as I hadn't been refunded. They promised to initiate a refund 'by hand'. I've waited another 2 weeks and have still not been refunded. The initial email I received was in German so I had to use Google translate, subsequent emails have been in English. I am about to write yet another email to them and will let them know that I've written a review on Trustpilot about their abysmal customer service and faulty product.

Complete scammers.

Ordered a gluco watch to arrive in time for Christmas. Apparently the “delivery courier” attempted delivery - I have cctv proving no one tried to deliver. Emails sent twice at which point I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They then suddenly emailed saying that they didn’t receive any emails and claimed I’d refused it (why would I refuse it and then send an email to ask where my order was). So moral of the story is please check reviews before buying off the websites especially before Christmas

Goods did not arrive. Promises of a refund never processed. Do not order from this company. Like the other comments on Trustpilot. wish I had researched this company beforehand. This business should be closed down by the relevant organisations.

Awful company, complete scam. Ordered a GPS tracker with falls monitor for my elderly parents, what came was just a step tracker and the app to go with it has infected my mum's phone with some kind of ad pop up malware. Contacted the company repeatedly and although they did reply promptly to emails there was no actual solution offered or apology for the scam product. They just kept trying to give me advice on how to use the product despite me sending through plenty of screenshots to show that the device we had been sent did not have any of the options they were referring to.

This is a company to be avoided! I ordered heated slippers from them and found them shoddy and not as described. The heating elements which fit into the sole were very flimsy and the wire attached which was supposed to also go into the cavity made them very uncomfortable. The slippers were described as having an adjustable heat source. When I questioned this they sent an e-mail saying that it depends on the power source, that is, a wall adaptor producing more heat than a laptop port! Even with the wall adaptor the slippers were barely warm. My request for a refund was completely ignored. I have not pursued it because I found that the company is a "distance selling" operation and has an address in France. Also other reports show that returning goods results in high postage costs with the address not recognised, so no refund.

Like others I didn’t check any reviews before placing my order which has never arrived.

O rate. Don’t use this company. It’s a scam.

I ordered three suction handles to help with using the shower and bath. Despite applying them to the smooth tiles exactly as described, they fell off after a few seconds and were not nearly strong enough to hold onto. They are useless.

Awful quality. Aren’t replying to my emails about a refund

OMG if I could rate lower I would - should have checked for reviews! Literally the worst company and customer services I have ever experienced. Took a month just to get them to send my item again as it hadn't arrived. They then argued with me that a month is standard as they had to order it from another warehouse in another country. Then for some strange reason, they kept arguing with me and sending more of the same item. I am now up to 4 orders placed, but only one has arrived, and they're still arguing with me about delivery because "one has arrived so there's no need for this back and forth about delivery."

Honest-to-God worst company I have ever experienced. I am highly confident that this is just a drop-shipper teenager with a gobby attitude. Even now I just got a response after I sent them a screenshot of their 1.2 on here, and the response was: "You're free to do what you want" with no details of my refund.

Unbelievable, seriously, never know such bad customer service.

Do not use this Company, they are scamming people!
I ordered a pair of ThermaGear Heated Gloves from their website on 22nd November costing £29.90 for my husband, as he suffers from Raynaud's Syndrome. The website is convincing with its pictures of fire inside the gloves, and the reviews were 4.8 out of 5, with one review mentioning long battery life. They arrived 2 weeks later, obviously from overseas as the tracking mentioned Import Customs Clearance. They turned out to be cheap Polyester gloves, I could have got similar from the local market stall for about £5! They most definately are not Heated Gloves like I was expecting. The website reviews must be fake, and I am annoyed with myself I did not check with Trustpilot first.

Like others did not read reviews for this company which is unlike me . Goods arrived not as advertised or described and of such poor quality. I have emailed to return no response as yet but from others I don’t hold out much hope.
