Wish id read the reviews before purchasing. 3 out of 4 lights work and ive been using for a week. Not even going to bother stressing myself out for a refund 🙃 DO NOT BUY

Does not arrive! Fake tracking sent. Currently in dispute to get my money back.

5 months to get package shipped and still waiting. They respond to emails promptly but its all lies , same story everytime and wont refund .

It doesn't work. Been using it 2-4 times a day since 1st of June.

Received a defective product. One of the four small lights wasn’t working. Absolutely zero response to my messages. No care at all once they’ve got your money. Not worth it at all.

Terrible! Do not buy.
Item stopped working after a few uses.
Emailed everyday to customer service and have had no reply.

Commande passée le 22 mars 2026 pour appareil anti mycose, aujourd'hui 7 août article non reçu après X relances ( e mails de réponses identiques). Grosse arnaque à fuir absolument !!!!!

Je confirme une belle arnaque. J ai commande. Appareil non recu et pas de remboursement. Produit venant de chine

Commande faite en Mars et payer.
Depuis j envoie des emails , mais pas vraiment de réponse concrète.
A fuir, même le sav ne répond pas.
Par contre quand vous leur laissez un commentaire sur leur pub ou Facebook , il est vite effacer.
J'ai demandé un remboursement, toujours pas de réponse.

Do not buy from this company .Used the device twice only for it to stop working after 3 uses only 3 lights working .Contacted customer services who implied my product was still in transit even though recieved .They asked me to make sure it was charged and other checks and to send a video of the fault ..think im being fobbed off .avoid at all costs ..

I ordered a device as i was told by the pharmacist, that i had toe nail fungal infection. After visiting a chiropodist, because of the pain, I was told it wasn't. I reached out to this company and asked if I could return it , unopened. They said they would email me a return label, ive asked four times and I haven't received it. I am hugely disappointed with this company, as they appear to be fobbing me off. Which I am not accepting.

ZERO STARS ! Terrible company , inferior products .. charge port wonky cannot charge. They deliberately lie to you , make false promises and you will never get anywhere for a refund! Thank goodness I used a third party payment method who stepped in to resolve but be aware you will be made to return at your own expense ( to Thailand and it’s not cheap)! A disaster of a buy- never again will I buy off of Face book recommendations that are literally false and scams BEWARE!

Halfway through the order process it dawned on me to check out the company reputation so I opened another window and did just that. Not good. Terrible in fact. I decided against completing the order but when I went back to the page to delete my information the order had already been placed. I hadn't even got to the shipping page yet which usually comes before you pay so you can see how much the shipping costs. Still all of that was completed for me. Not by me. Immediately I contacted the company and told them to cancel. Literally minutes after the order was placed. I continued to contact them almost daily through phone calls, emails and through PayPal dispute process for the next two weeks to tell them not to ship. They ignored all my emails, voicemail messages and messages directed at them through PayPal. BUT, they sent their emails to me advising they were about to ship it and then again emails that they did ship it even though I told them multiple times not to. Not only that, to make matters worse, when I received the item I canceled multiple times it it was defective anyway. When I advised them of that they they responded immediately. Hmm. And wanted me to take videos and compress them into small enough sizes that I could email them to them. I don't have any technical expertise in that sort of thing. PayPal finally stepped in and eventually advised me they'd accept a return but I had to pay the shipping that was twice the cost of the item that I didn't want in the first place. Avoid this company like the plague.
Don't just take my word for it. Research their horrible reputation through multiple review platforms like this one.

if i could give this company Zero stars i would ! the device i ordered arrived when i unpacked it i read the instructions first & as per instructions had connected lead to charge device, once i had connected device i thought i would best check the LEDs light up whilst charging only 3 of the 4 LEDs lit up ! so i charged the device for the recommended 4 hours on instructions once 4 hrs was up i tried again .Only to get same result only 3 LEDs lighting up so i sent an Email to customer services to which they emailed back a list of things to do in order to see if device would work fully after going through list of things to do in testing device but they also said at this point if device needed to be changed after me trying list of instructions ,then they would send me all return details of which i would have to pay cost of myself, to return item ! that was 2 days ago ! i have sent photographic evidence that unit/device is faulty & that i do not expect to foot the cost to return faulty item to them, that as device is not fit for purpose they should foot cost of return & send me a working device as the one i payed for is faulty ! I have not had no response from them since i informed them even though i have told them i will put a review on trust pilot regarding faulty goods & substandard customer services as well as contacting by Bank Santander to raise a claim against their company/ seller as i purchased item via shopify on Facebook i told them i would also report them to Facebook ! i reiterate this was 2 days ago now with no response so here i am ! Steer well clear of this company & its product as thus far i am feeling like i have been scammed.

J'ai commandé et payé pour l'appareil pour le mycoses des ongles et cela depuis quelques semaines et je n'ai toujours pas reçu.
J'ai déjà envoyé plusieurs emails et pas de réponses de leurs part .

Device stopped working after a few uses - company tried to claim I need to use it whilst plugged in! They offered a full refund then only issued a part refund - now ‘apologising for the miscommunication’ as they are only able to issue part refund - absolute scammers - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I had read these reviews before buying rather than the ones on their website

If I could give no stars I would . My device worked for 6 uses then the lights stopped working. I have been months trying to get my money back but it’s like talking to the wall. They continually tell me to plug it in despite me saying it’s NOT working . Stay clear they are a scam company with a heap of junk .

Eh oui, comme beaucoup de consommateurs et trices, je me suis faite avoir. J'ai bien reçu l'appareil, commandé le 16 avril reçu le 27 avril, mais il n'a jamais fonctionné. Après moult messages, le site ne voulait pas me rembourser, alors qu'il est bien indiqué, satisfait ou remboursé. Je leur ai envoyé la photocopie de cette phrase, du coup ils m'ont proposé de m'en renvoyer un autre, j'attends depuis plus d'un mois. C'est une véritable anarque. C'est de ma faute, j'aurais dû lire les avis avant de commander. Mais ils s'en foutent royalement, ce qui compte c'est la rentrée d'argent . A fuir absolument, mais qui fera cesser cette arnaque ?
