Luther and I have worked together for over 2 years. Luther was both detail oriented and patient when we were talking about the best mortgage options at a time when the markets were rapidly changing. Luther just arranged a replacement for a fixed-term mortgage that he sorted for us five years ago. He went above and beyond then (during Covid) to secure us a mortgage when our bank had shut entire departments and were not responding to our requests!

More plain sailing this time, but our requirements are still a little unusual. Luther listened to our needs and ideas then after considering that what we thought we wanted wasn't the best option he came back with several choices.

He then made all the arrangements for us to pay off a lump sum before the renwal. In short, he made what can be a difficult and stressful process as simple and straight forward as possible for us.
