Am facut o comanda pentru o pereche de pantofi alergare in data de 13 februarie 2026. A trecut aproape o luna si nu am primit comanda. Greseala mea este ca am platit in avans cu cardul.

It is impossible to return the item, they do not respond and stall the process and then give you an "offer" of only 40% back.

Scammers.

I buy from ortorex.ro shock-absorbing leather insoles for shoes . Its smell like cat pee , it's a cheap chinese product build from cellulose or cork like, no way leather . You cannot make account on the website to make a return inquiry , on the phone answer a machine . You cannot pay on delivery , only in advance . It is a 90% scam website with a good looking home page . A lot of good reviews from customers :)))) but you don't have any option when you buy or after to make a review .

they are stealing your bank card info and try to make purchases with your card

This is not a company. It’s just the website in Poland. I ordered a pillow which never arrived. I wrote a lot of emails, but no one answered. The money is gone anyway.

I ordered a pair of shoes advertised as "leather," but they turned out to be synthetic. I later found the exact same item on Temu for a fraction of the price.
The sizing chart is inaccurate, and the shoes are too big.
They ship from China — it took 12 days to arrive.
Worst of all, the product doesn’t match the description, and now I’m expected to pay for return shipping per their policy. Completely dishonest.

Do not order from this site or any similar site from your country. They are scammers. Your rights mean nothing for them. You will lose money and time writing emails to them or complain to European Consumer Centre
