Dear Rahma,

We strongly condemn the use of offensive and defamatory language in your review, including personal insults directed at our staff members. Our team works hard every day and deserves to be treated with basic respect.

Publicly attacking individuals and a business with words such as "fraud", "cheat" and "pathetic staff" without any evidence is not a review — it is defamation.

Under UAE Cyber Crime Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 2012), publishing false and damaging statements about individuals or businesses online is a criminal offense that carries serious legal consequences.

We are fully prepared to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels if necessary.

Should you wish to resolve your concern professionally, you may contact us at [email/whatsapp] with your proof of purchase.

Dear Daniel,

Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously and we understand your frustration.

However, we would like to kindly inform you that under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), making unsubstantiated public claims against a business — including accusations of fraud without evidence — may constitute a violation of applicable regulations.

Warm regards,
Orvana Dubai Team
