I tried to return the day I received it. Constant emails requesting return instructions. Never received. I was charged for this device which I did not want. Stuck with it. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered vacuum and after receiving it, I immediately determined it was too heavy and difficult for me to use. I never even turned it on. I returned all pieces to its original packaging and began the "return" process. I am 72 years old, an attorney, and I do my share of online commerce. The "return" process is made so difficult as to make most quit. I did not, and I will not. After multiple emails to the "support" line, I finally received their "instructions" as to how to return a product to them. These were unbelievably convoluted, but I persevered. After multiple attempts, I was granted their almighty approval for return, including an RMA. I complied with all requirements and shipped the vacuum via UPS on 12/2. The tracking #: 1Z0217WF0319516318. UPS completed the delivery on 12/4. I was told the following in the email authorizing the return: "You will receive an email as soon as we have received your return and your refund has been processed". After several weeks of nothing from Orviom, I requested through "support" email for company to acknowledge receipt of the vacuum. No response; no refund. Today is 12/31/25. I will not give up. Going to BBB in Memphis, TN next. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT IS 100% FRAUD. But they are going to wish they had never tried to steal my $79.00.....

I bought a vacuum online from Orviom. I immediately realized I didn't need the vacuum and wanted to return it to them. Never opened the box and have been trying to return the vacuum in the unopened box. They have ignored my four emails I sent to customer service support department.

This company markets a vacuum making it seem like their product. Actually they fulfill it thru Amazon. So the same vacuum on Amazon with a different brand name was $139. This company sells it to you for $239 and Amazon delivers it. I notified them within minutes from placing my order asking to cancel the order and followed up 4 times. Same answer each time— we are reviewing your message, of course no customer service phone number. This is a scam.

Terrible company. I ordered a cordless vacuum from them. It arrived with no receipt or instructions. The vacuum is a piece of junk. The fully charged battery lasts about 4 minutes then dies. After searching, I finally found an email address and contacted them twice about getting a refund. I never heard back from the company. I started a dispute through my credit card company and Orviom finally replied to me, stating that if I dropped the dispute and mailed back the vacuum that they would refund my money. I replied that I would only send it back if they sent me a prepaid shipping label. Still no response.

I ordered a cordless handheld vacuum from them. Three weeks later and I still don’t have it.
I looked for a number to call but couldn’t find one so I wrote them several times to enquire but was completely ignored.
Certainly looks like a scam to me

Doen net alsof producten worden geadviseerd door Consumentenbond en als beste uit de test komen terwijl dit niet zo is. Reageren niet op email verzoeken dus skippen deze Chinese club.

Excellent hand vac: lightweight, easy to use and clean, solid and well made. The charge life is long too. The customer service is outstanding with quick replies- used only for a tracking question. Highly recommend

This is the best most powerful hand vac I have ever had. Very lightweight and easy to use. It’s also easy to empty and clean. The battery life is long. The customer service was wonderful too!

Bij Orviom een bloeddrukmeter (RAK260) besteld en ontvangen. De meter fantaseert er op los met de bloeddrukwaarden.

Er is geen retouradres bijgevoegd of telefoonnummer vermeld. Op mijn mail tot nu geen reactie gehad.

UPDATE 15 SEPT. Op 9 september de dashcam set eindelijk ontvangen, vandaar de update. Heb hem nu net twee dagen geïnstalleerd, eerste ervaringen zijn prima. Snel te installeren en in app zijn beelden vrij makkelijk terug te halen.
REVIEW 2 SEPT. Op 17 augustus een dashcam besteld maar tot op de dag van vandaag niets ontvangen (nu 2 sept). Heb zowel via een formulier op de site als ook via een directe E-mail gevraagd om status van de zending; volgens de afgegeven track & trace code (DHL) zou deze op 18 aug vanuit Duitsland zijn verstuurd en nu in United Kingdom zijn? Krijg tot nu toe geen enkele reactie terug...

Heb n.a.v. ANWB test op 20-8-2025 dashcam besteld van het merk Orviom. Waar beter dan van het merk zelf op deze site dacht ik. Blijkt helemaal geen Nederlandse site ondanks de .nl website. Probeerde de dag erna de koop ongedaan te maken via mail. Geen antwoord. Al snel ontving ik het product vanuit Duitsland met een Chinese naam als afzender. de dashcam werkt niet. Gemeld via Email. Geen reactie. Maar eens de algemene voorwaarden gelezen. Retour kan alleen als eerst aangemeld wordt per brief of fax! Web contact formulier ingevuld. Geen antwoord.
