Maja Kalanoska helped me with my Tier 1 VISA application. My background is significantly different and I needed someone who understand that and could put point across in the application. I spoke to many solicitors and none of them could understand the importance of my work. The other probably dealt with IT as general. Maja before our first call and did some very good background work to understand what I do and its impact. We still spoke to a few other solicitors after to compare costs as well. We decided to go with Maja as we felt her approach was very customised to each applicant and it came at a reasonable cost. Her work was thorough and always on time. I am going to comment their service from the following aspects:

1. Speed of response: Fast. I usually receive an response within at least 1-2 days. Typically they will reply my email within 1-3 hours during working hours.
2. Expertise: Professional. She produces documentations, amendments very fast, brief, and concise. She explains, emails fast, brief, and concise. She follows updates, announcements during COVID-19 period and always use the most update information to help with my application.
3. Service: Great. Always patient, nice and can be approached easily. During COVID-19 there are lots of cancelled appointments and repeated booking. She is always patient with booking and active seeking solution when my appointment is eligible but left out by the priority service.
4. Cost: I have no idea as it is paid by the company that employs me. One thing I do know is that they managed to get the priority visa application fee refunded. This is the result of their proactive actions against unexpected delay from immigration office side due to immigration office's fault.
