I would like to exchange the dress for a smaller size, but I can't figure out how to do this, I really like it , it is just to big

Both dresses are beautiful and great quality. It took a little while to arrive but that’s because it ships from the UK. I’ll be ordering from them again.

Love the sweaters. Quality was more than expected. However I had hoped to receive them for Christmas pictures. The third week of January the sweaters showed up. I would encourage the company to review their shipping processes.

Great dress. Love it. Better than the picture

I normally wear a size 14 and I ordered the XXL and there is no way these would fit...the XXL is made for a size 10. The fabric is very very thin and the stitching questionable. I am sure it would be great if you live in Florida and are a very small person. It is unfortunate because they were also expensive. It also took over a month for shipping which I am not surprised at, just disappointed that when they finally arrived it was clearly not as expected.

I thought this was a sweater when I ordered it, it was more tee shirt material, but living in South Alabama, that was a good thing! I love my Christmas shirt and it arrived on the day of my first Christmas party, just in time!

The products are great but it took a looooong time to receive!!! I will order again, but know that it is NOT quick to arrive!!!

Nice quality but sizes are smaller than the standard.
