Callie is so attentive to detail and leaves my house feeling brand new! She always goes above and beyond when she tackles my house and I couldn’t have a better superwoman to do this!

Service was amazing as always, quality was top notch 👍. Still having issues with the invoices. The invoice is never sent the same times no consistency. Might be the same day, maybe the next, it might be a week from the day of service, you just never know and then you have to pay it the same day it is emailed. What if I didn’t check my emails that day?

I wanted to try Oso Services because I think it’s great how they streamline so many services for our convenience. They were easy to schedule with, provided great and consistent communication, and our sitter was great. We ran into an emergency while traveling and even though I had said we would be back in the afternoon, our sitter Olivia reached out to see if we needed her in the evening anyway, which was extremely helpful and took away one extra stress for our family. I was very happy with our experience and would love to utilize Oso Services again!

I choose for someone to to do a PCS deep clean. I asked for my balcony to be cleaned and it was never touched. My bathroom floors were still dirty. The main bathroom still had stains on the wall. The walls through out the whole house were still dirty.

The service responded very quickly to setting up a time to clean the house. The staff was on time as well. I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness for a deep clean.

The ladies who deep cleaned my home did an excellent job! They were very friendly and extremely thorough.

The ladies that came to clean our home were very professional and attentive to details. They exceeded our expectations and helped get our home back on track with a thorough clean. I also greatly appreciated that they let us know about about an area that they couldn’t get stains out of- it will keep me from unnecessary scrubbing and stressing over this spot in the future!

I just did an AC cleaning before we turned on the heat and they cleaned them faster than expected and did a great job!
