Great customer support ! I was attended by Sara and she was super helpful and efficient supporting my request. And of course, great quality products !
Missing items in my delivery with no help from customer service
I ordered a pack that arrived with missing items.
I emailed customer service and received a reply weeks later asking for pictures of the missing items. (how can i take a picture of somethingthat isnt there?)
They then asked for a picture of what i did receive.
Another few weeks latert they replied saying the missing item are not inlcuded in the pack and im trying to use it not as they intended.
I pointed oiut that on their webite the items ARE included in the pack and i am trying to use the pack correclty.
Im still waiting on a reply, but seems impossible to get hold of their customer service.
I wont be using Osprey in the future.

I ordered a product by mistake from Osprey. I tried to cancel it but the delivery was so quick it was with me at 8am the next day. I contacted the customer service team and explained the problem. Sara helped me out and kindly refunded the order even though it was my mistake. Great customer service and the child carrier we have is brilliant as well.

It took some days waiting after my online question for advice, but then I did get solid and good advice.

I wanted to buy a rucksack with 10% off, however the delivery was added on afterwards making the saving around £1.50 rather than £7.50. I contacted Osprey and Sara was so helpful. She gave me a complimentary discount for my inconvenience! So I was able to purchase the rucksack. It was an excellent service.

Bestellung am 04.03 aufgegeben und Rucksack kam am 09.03 bei mir an. Qualität top! Auch auf meine Frage zum Produkt, wurde von Sara vom Kundendienst explizit eingegangen.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. No reply to any emails. Guessing they are going out of business would never buy from this.bramd again.
Promises made, then completely ignored – very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Osprey Europe.
After purchasing the product, I encountered issues and contacted their support team. I received responses initially, and certain solutions and commitments were clearly promised. However, after that point, communication suddenly stopped, and my follow-up emails were completely ignored.
I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation in a professional and patient manner, but received no response or accountability. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially considering the expectations set by their own support team.
This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had.
If needed, I am prepared to share full details, including screenshots of the conversation, to show exactly how this was managed.

I remember buying my sons first rucksack for primary school thinking do I buy a cheapish bag or spend a bit more on an osprey. I opted for the osprey and I’m so glad . My son used the bag everyday from primary through high school and then college, it was also used for holidays etc and although I am now going to retire it , it’s still perfectly fine, no rips, zips all still work perfectly.
Best investment I ever made.
MUY DECEPCIONADA
Pues la verdad que me está decepcionando mucho. Solocité la garantia y hace más de un mes que espero respuesta por su parte. Envié la mochila y el localizador de correos me dice que hace más de 3 semana que el paquete ha sido recibido. He enviado varios emails y no hay respuesta, y por IG me han consteado de forma automática, que envie un correo a la misma dirección donde no me contestan.
Ahora mismo estoy sin mochila y sin respuesta por su parte y habiendo gastado casi 40€ en el envío certificado internacional.
