They were attentive, communicative and genuinely pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Kitty in particular was incredibly helpful, super responsive, thoughtful and just lovely throughout the whole process.

It’s a brilliant business idea, executed really well. Joe the photographer was also super cool and made everything feel easy and relaxed on the day.

I'd been on the fence about putting my flat on the market as I was curious about upsizing, but didn't want to commit. Ostrich is great because it lets me list my property privately and with minimum fuss.

It took a few days from signing up to having a photographer taking pictures and drawing up a listing, which went live a few days a few after that. Special shoutouts to Joe and Kitty for making the process so smooth and easy.

I haven't paid any fees yet because I haven't accepted an offer, but if/when that changes I will update this review accordingly.

We got a leaflet through in the post and the whole idea behind what Ostrich are doing immediately spoke to us. We aren't in a major rush to sell, but would be interested in selling in the next year or so - so this seemed the perfect opportunity to kick off that journey. The whole process through to listing has been so straightforward and speedy, and the photos Joe took are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend based on our experience so far!

Ostrich have been amazing every step of the way. Firstly, they represented the one property I was enamoured enough with to put in an offer (as well as many other top properties that I still guiltily enjoy browsing).

They've been consistently as responsive and helpful as possible from arranging to view the property to putting in an offer, and all the subsequent steps that followed.

I was very apprehensive about buying a property having constantly heard how painful it is, but the experience has been very smooth, in large part thanks to those at Ostrich who have mediated the whole process.

Ostrich are definitely a hidden gem, and anyone looking to buy in north London should 100% use them as a starting point.

Super helpful and on it! I was a buyer and Chene the agent was very communicative and able to answer all my questions quickly. They kept the process moving smoothly on both sides which helped to take some of the pressure off from the whole moving house experience. Would 100% recommend!

We used Ostrich to sell our flat. It was a very successful experience that resulted in us achieving the price we wanted which was above the market value for the area.

We received a flyer for Ostrich and as we were considering selling our property in the not too distant future we decided to give them ago rather than to engage with the local estate agent.

The team were professional, super friendly and were able to organise the listing process around us. The photos they took were phenomenal and made our flat look like a listing in a glossy magazine. We were very impressed!

Once the listing is live we decided to take on showing potential buyers, which was fine although slightly more labour intensive than we first thought. Although dealing with prospective buyers directly was a very good way of getting to know who was serious and who was “less” serious.

We received multiple offers, 2 very serious, and 1 which we decided to proceed with. At the valuation we had set (with guidance from Ostrich).

The Ostrich team then proceeded to work with us throughout the sale process (which had multiple complications!) and were there whenever we needed them. Their customer success support was outstanding.

Our overall experience was excellent (as far as selling your property can be!) and we’ve recommended to multiple others. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, although we hope we’re not going to be moving property again for a very long time!

I had a very positive experience buying a property listed through Ostrich. The agent (Chene) was incredibly hands on and attentive throughout the entire process. Always ready to jump on the phone, answer questions, and facilitate communication between the solicitors and other parties in the chain. She went above and beyond to get the transaction to completion. This is a highly professional and personalised service that I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.

Chene, the sales manager was absolutely instrumental in getting the sale I was dealing with over the line. Chene not only guided the transaction along, but she also ensured that the related matter involved in the chain didn't fall through but also achieved a successful exchange of Contracts.
