My experience with Ostty from beginning to end was seamless, stress free and professional. I went to many local dress shops & didn't find anything my daughter wanted for her Sweet 16 dress. They were either overpriced, cookie-cutter, or of poor quality. My daughter was specifically looking for a black long sleeve dress, so we had very few choices in black and none were with long arms or even close to what she envisioned. I had my eye on Ostty for quite some time as we had been planning my daughter's event for 3 years. After much dissatisfaction with local boutiques and doing plenty of research, I got in touch with Ostty on Instagram and later on WhatsApp. I showed them inspiration pictures (same dress, different angles) with some alterations drawn on the photos and they said they could make the dress. They gave me a chart of measurements they required and I got the measurements done by a family seamstress for accuracy. On May 9, 2024 I sent Ostty the measurements, paid 1/2 of the price of the dress and they got to work on it. I do want to mention that I paid through PayPal with my credit card, so I felt secure knowing that I had multiple layers of buyer protection (just in case). Once the dress was finished (July 25th, 2024), Ostty sent me several photos and videos of the finished dress and we couldn't believe how absolutely beautiful it was and that it looked exactly like the inspiration photos. I paid the other 1/2 and paid for the custom zip on petticoat, which was priced very well compared to what I had seen petticoats cost locally. They shipped the dress out July 27th via UPS and I received it about a week later. They packed the dress perfectly, it fluffed out beautifully and was easy to steam. The dress was everything my daughter had dreamed and hoped it would be and the quality was absolutely amazing. We didn't need any alterations as it was made to perfectly fit her body, which is difficult to come by as my daughter is very busty. I've read so many horror stories of brides, debutantes and moms having poor experiences with their dress buying and finished products, so if any of you brides, parents of debutantes, or anyone looking for a beautiful custom dress has any doubt about this company, don't, you'll be so glad you got your dress from them. Ostty is an amazing and professional company that took the stress and worry away from our dress buying experience and delivered an amazing high quality dress. I highly recommend this company to make your dream dress, especially if you're having difficulty finding a dress to match your vision. The most stressful part will be deciding which dress out there you want because your possibilities are endless. If you send inspiration pictures, make sure they're clear, from multiple angles if possible and that you specify every detail to your liking. Also, make sure you go to a seamstress to take your measurements accurately. We will be recommending them to anyone that we know that needs a wedding dress, debutante dress, prom dress, mom's dress or any formal dress.

Credit where credit is due! Ostty is awesome. So my Story with Ostty started on pinterest. I saw their dresses and was in love immidiately because they design such beautiful, elegant, sparkling dresses. Nowadays all wedding dresses are too boring, too minimalistic. But Ostty dresses caught my attention! They designed a custom dress for me. The dress is so beautiful, I can't even find the words to describe it. I never imagined I could have such a beautiful dress. It has perfect sizing (customized as ordered), looks so chic, sparkling and beautiful. I am in love. In my opinion this online retailer should be more popular. Honestly, they make dresses like designer dresses or even more beautiful. I was hesitating to order and even after ordering I was afraid, it won't arrive, but everything went smoothly. They were also very responsive and made everything exactly how I wished for.
If you are looking for a beautiful dress, look no further. Here is the right place.

I got married in 2021. I happened to find OSTTY just by doing some research and let me tell you, you will NOT be disappointed!! My dress was beyond gorgeous! When I walked down the aisle, everyone was amazed at how elegant and beautiful my dress was! Ostty made my wedding memorable by providing me this beautiful dress and they are also very responsive and helpful! Please give them a try!!!

I love the dress however the gems at the bottom were literally falling off ass I'm taking the dress out the bag. However it's only at the bottom an my dress is getting trimmed so it'll be a easy fix

I almost ordered from here... But I did research and now I'm sharing what I found to help you.
Their addy 201 oxford ave in Wisconsin (according to their Facebook) is not a warehouse like their about section says. It's a small residential home.
These four and five star reviews are all unverified and if you notice hold a lot of similarities in the reviews...
The verified reviews are all one star or two. They all speak about never getting the dresses.
Ottsy replies to a couple on here, so you know they're aware of the negative comments and so it's very likely the reason there's so many fake unverified ones prob created by them..
If you check out visitor comments on fb it's all deleted so I can't see them. Except one spammy one..

I was really scared to purchase a wedding dress online but I found their really beautiful dress, so I gave it a try and I was positively surprised what arrived. I am just impressed of the look. They look exactly like the picture and after little alternations, they will just look amazing for my day.

I was waiting for nothing . Could hardly get a response.

I ordered a dress from here and a few days later they say they've been out of stock of this dress! If its out of stock then put so on website or take down pictures of it. Frustrating since now I have to hurry to find a different dress for my wedding.

the service was very poor the staff is not knowledgeable about the product as in size, my first order was a size 5.5 or a 6.00 they send me a size 9 in the wrong shoes i did not order, i complained about it and asked to resend the same size and they send a 7.5 the second time, when i asked for a refund they told me i would have to send the shoes back at my expense after paying like $45 extra for the additional shiping in order for it to get to me in time for my wedding date, i was not able to wear the shoes was not the right size, would not recomend
