Great prices, great customer service! Went out of the way to resolve a potential concern before I would’ve even know about it! Very fast replies from support as well! I am and will be a returning customer!

I originally found otaku Collectives while I was trying to purchase something through eBay, and they personally reached out to offer me a better deal through their website. Not only did they give me a better price, but they also included extra gifts for my twins and their blind box birthday , and the whole experience was honestly amazing from start to finish.

When I tell you this was one of the best places I’ve ever done business with, I mean it. Their customer service was so kind, thoughtful, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Everything felt personal, generous, and easy. I truly wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve every single one. I will absolutely be shopping with them again and recommending them to everyone.

Authentic Haikyu plushies, me and my daughter love them. I will order from this company again. Amazing company and the shipping was quick. I am surprisingly happy as this was my first time ordering from Otaku Collectives. Would recommend.

Purchased a few blind boxes from them! Fast shipping and all authentic!

Really great service and they sell official merch at places I haven’t seen be sold in my region. The people who run the shop are very friendly and kind. They put a lot of effort in running the shop and going to international places to restock on items people want. If you see this shop at your con/expo, just know they got the goods :))

They’re honestly the best vendors ever :)) I’ve had a great experience with them every time I shop with them, and they’re always so considerate (even gave a huge bag while I was carrying so much stuff at con). Go support them!! They have so much merch, especially One Piece, Hoyoverse games, Ghibli, and Sanrio <333 Got a JJK keychain, totoro merch, and a bunch of Genshin merch :))

I love how everything is authentic and really good quality!

Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very good variety and pricing of merchandise!! Will definitely be purchasing from them again <3

They have a great selection of official merch. I’m a big one piece fan and they have stuff I haven’t been able to find from other import shops. Great place to check out if your looking for hard to find items!

Super great customer service the items are all nice and good quality! Jessica is amazing definitely recommend!
