Bs company. Will not respond to refunds. A scam thru and thru.

Wished I would have read reviews before I purchased. Purchased a Christmas gift for my grandson on November 27 and paid an additional $28 for expedited shipping. I’ve sent them 3 emails asking the status of my order. They finally said it takes 13 days before it ships. Huh? Well it’s now been 15 days and it still has not shipped. Then I read that expedited shipping is 10-16 days. Really. Gonna have a very disappointed grandson on December 18, our Christmas party.

I just received the Star Wars jacket which I ordered over a month ago. There is no way the jacket is a men's 3X. It doesn't even look like a 2X. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and will never shop there again

They have done very awesome job.
Printing quality and material of fabric both are good.

Bought some sweaters, got a order number, and when I went to track in on the site, it apparently didn't exist. Tried to contact them over email and Facebook, but got no reply. So they basically just stole my money..I wish I paid with paypal😔

My son order a hoodie never arrives. Very disappointed that surpose to be his birthday present on April,2020.

I ordered a hoodie in April and have still not received it, contacted support and said it was on a plane 2 weeks ago. So I guess we'll see but I'm getting impatient and also frustrated that I wasnt contacted about any delays

I got a miku hoodie from otakuplan yea it took a little time to get but mostly was because of the coronavirus but I would recommend anyone to get one of there hoodies or any of there other items

I have ordered items from this place in May 2020, we are in July 2020, almost in August already still haven't received my items. Yes, I understand due to COVID everything is backed up but I've ordered items from wish in June and I received it already. Both places receive the items from China so why is it that I still didn't received my items???

My teenage daughter picked a shirt out for her birthday and I got it for her! The delivery was okay, and the customer service superb. She adores it and got a lot of compliments on it at school!

I’ll make this quick and easy.

Pros: got package today, quality seems good so far. Colors are vibrant and match what is on the website. Glad they could fill the order with COVID-19 going on.

Cons: ordered 4/4/2020, received 6/11/2020 so a bit over 2 months (website estimated a way faster ship time so expect a long wait). Tracking system updates but due to slow Chinese transportation, there were no updates for a month and a half.

Indifferences: clothes are a bit baggier than expected. I am 235lbs, 6’2 with broad shoulders and a long torso. Usually I’m an XL tall or XXL. I ordered 2 XL tshirts and 2 XXL hoodies and I should’ve done with maybe Mediums or larges. But they’ll work because they’re not too small.

I did email about my packages not updating and Zach told me they would be arriving soon and within 2 weeks, they were here.
Suggestion To Management: request an actual tracking number from USPS or the main carrier in the country of delivery, in case the package is lost in the mail, or said person moves in the 2-3 months that it takes for delivery.

Do NOT order from this company. It is a SCAM. Trust me in this. My husband and I never received a sweatshirt that we ordered on 5/5/20. Quite some time passed, so we just requested a refund. It is now 7/8/20 and we never received a refund. I have read comments from other customers and I am not the only one that has had issues with this company. Very sad.

Update as of 7/11/20 (a month later), we finally received a refund credit...but from PAYPAL. Otakuplan never took accountability to resolve anything.

Ordered a t-shirt May 11, 2020. I keep checking the tracking on it and keeps showing it is at Shanghai Airport since May 2020. Have sent an email asking for update on tracking and no response. Does this company still exist? Extremely bad customer service.

Ordered on April 12th. Two shirts, one for me, one for my sister. Shipped April 24th, as of June 9th, still showing the same message from May 20 that is still somewhere in China. I have tried to contact them, and no response in over three weeks.

Reordered from another site, hopefully that comes quicker.

THE SHIPPING INFO IS UNRELIABLE AND ZACH IS A JERK. I REQUESTED AN REFUND AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

My story is a long one. I will start and end with this. Zach got me the sweater I had waited for a long long time. It’s correct on the front. It’s the right size. I am happy. Thank you!!

No REPLY after sending wrong item.
Shipped MOST of the order correctly (Order #900033282).
But NEVER responded when I informed them about the wrong item.
Made NO attempt to correct the situation.
VERY disappointed after having to wait so long only to get the wrong items.

To be honest this store is average I bought two hoodies on March 4th and after I bought it I was stupid enough not to do my research on it.

I saw so many nasty reviews about it how some people haven’t received their items in months so it started to worry me.

I did standard shipping 17-20 days my process time took 13 days and it came to my house today March 31st. Thank God. It arrived earlier than expected .It has ok material. So It took 13 days for process and shipping was 14 days so about 4 weeks to come.

Btw they gave me YANWEN shipping which I did my research on and saw more nasty reviews. But I’m glad my package came. And also Zach takes forever to respond.

Material is good and easy washable. When I wear it fits as well.
