Orders produtcts over a week ago still have not shipped it and recieved no updates. Lost my money. I will never buy from this company again

They are good at scamming people by making delivery to the wrong state to make it looks genuine. Thankfully,I later got mine back by the help of the company on my photo..

Scam don't order from them they shipp to a wrong state to make it look like they are shipping your item stay away ur wasting ur time

OTC I’m not able too use this card at Walmart this is a joke. I telephoned OTC customer service this morning and was hung up on.

I ordered a wheelchair that was noted as being in stock for my mom from them. Always the order was in process, but never shipped. Only after calling them they canceled my order but did not issue a refund in the 2-3 days promised. I had to disputed the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Terrible experience and my mom has to wait an additional 2 weeks to get a wheelchair.

Charged immediately..never received...requested refund....never got it....contacted AMEX and filed a dispute! Scam..scam..scam

Ordered, charged, never received

I placed an order for Twinlabs Pancreatin as shown available (in Stock) on their site on 12/23/19. Card was charged immediately - however - it was not a Visa charge (with which I paid), but for some reason PayPal charge, and in the email with order it was saying : Paid by PayPal. Order was never shipped, my email was listed as non-existing in their system (despite I received at least 5 emails from their service saying that my order is on backorder (how could they charge money in that case ?). And then - that order is being processed (at least twice). Finally I registered on their site again - and on the tracking of this order received final response that ORDER IS CLOSED.... Money were gone on 12/24, today is January 18, no money, no order. STAY AWAY!!! Because the phone is not working either!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of products and their prices on this site! Many of the products I currently use are available on here for much less than what I find at the local superstore. Because of my severe social anxiety, shopping online is an excellent way for me to navigate my life, and this site is now my new and favorite go-to!
