J'ai commandé des peignoirs Ott. pour mes soeurs et moi et on est ravies de la qualité qui est toujours superbe aprÚs plus d'un an d'utilisation quotidienne. En plus, les couleurs et les design apportent vraiment quelque chose à la salle de bain. Pari réussi, merci !

Buried T&C's on customs charges

Another company that doesn't disclose where they are shipping from and the fact that you will receive a customs charge (it's buried in their T&C's). They know they are advertising to UK, they can see where a customer is placing an order from. A simple pop up is all it takes. What a waste of everyone's time. Wasted time on their end packing the order, wasting the couriers time, my time, and then their own time again when they have to unpack the order and process the refund. Plus the additional environmental impact of a delivery coming from France to UK. Furious. I anticipate they'll try and charge me for the additional work they have created here.

Super cute! But snags easily and often

I purchased the India robe a couple of months ago. It’s very cute and very comfortable, but for the price it doesn’t hold up very well. It snags on everything—I mean I can’t even brush my hair while wearing it because it snagged the collar. Which makes it pretty hard to wear while getting ready in the morning. Forget lazing around in it if you have a cat. I just wish it the fibers were stronger given the price.

Il est où mon colis??? J'ai fait une commande le 10 décembre dans le trak de colis ditcque c'est livré et je toujours pas rien reçu!
Je suis horriblement déçu...
