Ottasilver is just fantastic. Very high quality jewelry and super fast shipping from Turkey. I currently have 3 other stone brackets with the silver clasp and one ring, plus a bracelet a got for my wife. It’s all top notch, especially for the price. I’ve also contacted their customer support about custom sizing and they were super responsive. Great store and nice people.

The ring I paid $199 for was plastic and not real turquoise. I requested a refund and never heard back. I reported them in Facebook as fraudulent.

The bracelet is beautiful. The first one i received was too small. They reached out to me and asked about my satisfaction. I told them I was unhappy because of the size. They sent a label for me to return it, and then sent me a larger size, all at no cost to me. Like I said the bracelet is beautiful coupled with the customer service; I am a customer for life.

Bracelets seem to be the highest quality and workmanship. This is my second purchase and the stones and other materials from which the beads are made are quite beautiful. The clasp is difficult to fasten without assistance when putting it on the wrist … Otherwise five stars!

I was skeptical when I ordered this bracelet that it was going to be like many of the others, silicone band, small stones, and even smaller sizing. I can tell you this bracelet from Ottasilver out did all my expectations so far. If it holds up, I think I found my new go-to bracelets. The only reason it’s not a 5 star rating is that is does take 2-3 weeks for order to arrive

The folks at Ottasilver stood by their product when I discovered a silver ring with a turquoise stone had a flaw -- a tool mark on the silver in the lower right corner of the opening for the stone. Their return process was easy, with prompt confirmation, and they kept me informed about receiving the damaged goods and the shipping of the replacement, which I received today. Looks great and fits perfectly. Great company with a fine line of products.

It took a while to arrive (over a month), but the bracelet is stunning! I absolutely love it. It is well made and sturdy. Okay, I’m sorry! I left a review about the shipping delay, but I regret it now. I’ll definitely be purchasing from OTTASILVER again! Thank you for quality jewelry!

When I first saw my ring, it was stunning. I fell in love with it. Every time I wear it, I will get at least one head turn. I will treasure this for the rest of my life.
