I would not recommend OTTO as they charge customers beyond the agreed rental period. Please be aware and double-check your billing dates carefully.
My contract ended on 7 April, but I was still charged for two extra days beyond the agreed rental period, and I have not received a proper resolution despite contacting support multiple times.

I'm the longest driver LD68RFN in this company and trust me my feedback is for you guys who want to join Otto car, when I was dealing with the telephone and service department for over 6 years I had zero problems and no late payment. Service and mot booking Otto car is always helping all their drivers meet the requirements by tfl on time. Otto car is bang on if you need a professional company who is here to help you . It's how you deal with this company please don't get emotional be straight with Otto car and Otto car will be straight with you 👍🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I went to my PHV appointment in Hammersmith, the switch to one of my windows wasn’t working. Nick and Hassan were brilliantly helpful and fixed the switch without any hassles so I could get back on the road asap. Excellent and friendly service. Five stars

Otto cars cost me lost of earnings on numerous occasions due to their immobilizers fitted on my vehicle. Batteries run and they have to send recovery to change them, almost 3 hours during a busy business period at the airport, getting jobs but couldn’t accept them because the vehicle wouldn’t move,and I have to end my shift to go pick up my kids from school. Drivers are not allowed to open the fob and change them. I asked for compensation and they said managers will get in touch several times but still nothing. No correspondence at all. If I get stranded in another city, what’s going to happen then hence drivers are not allowed to change batteries on the fob.

Very helpful. Ash helped me select a car that was suitable to my needs and also explained everything in a clear manner.

Great service with Ash and Keran, everything went smoothly. The only disappointment was the coffee machine was not working, the weather was mildly cold and it would be appropriate some coffee available. Much appreciated, again great service received from ash and keen.

My experience with Otto Car has caused me serious financial stress, emotional distress, and loss of income.

Originally, I was a Weflex customer, and suddenly I started receiving messages and pressure from Otto saying they were now managing the account and demanding payments from me. However, I repeatedly asked them to provide proper paperwork, signed agreements, or legal documents showing the transfer, authority, or any contract between myself and Otto, but nothing clear was ever provided to me.

Despite asking multiple times for proof and documentation, I continued receiving payment demands without proper clarification. This situation made me feel harassed and pressured, especially because I was trying to understand who legally managed the agreement and what authority Otto had regarding my account and vehicle.

I was using the vehicle for work through Uber, and during my dealings with Otto I experienced major issues with communication, account handling, and support. I repeatedly tried to cooperate and requested help, including asking for a payment arrangement because I was facing temporary financial difficulties.

Despite my efforts to communicate, I felt ignored and unsupported. I asked multiple times for a payment plan and clear written information, but responses were delayed or unclear. At one stage, I was told arrangements could be made, including discussions about moving arrears toward the end of the contract, but later this changed.

Another major issue was that my vehicle was remotely blocked while parked on the road. At the time, road works were taking place nearby and I warned Otto that the vehicle needed to be moved or it could receive penalties or be removed. This situation created additional stress and pressure for me.

I also experienced issues relating to Uber permissions/access connected with the vehicle situation, which affected my ability to work and earn money. As a driver relying on daily income, this had a direct impact on my finances, rent, bills, and ability to support myself and my family.

I tried many times to contact Otto by phone and email to resolve matters peacefully and professionally. There were occasions where I felt communication became extremely difficult, and I struggled to get proper support or timely responses.

This entire experience has negatively affected my mental wellbeing and financial stability. I am leaving this review to honestly share my experience and to make others aware of the difficulties I faced during my time dealing with Otto Car.

I still remain willing to resolve matters fairly and professionally if proper communication and support are provided.

* I have emails and communication records regarding payment requests and support discussions.
* I contacted the company multiple times trying to resolve the matter cooperatively.
* The issues affected my ability to work and caused financial hardship.

I have a car from otto, would i recommend them? 100% no. They cant phone back, they cant deal with an accident and cant understand plain english. Absolute joke of a company who just want to take your money. STAY AWAY
