I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge, friendliness and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.
During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. A wonderful team at Redditch, sincerely thank you! Id highly recommend.

Just sold my house with Oulsnam and Co. Kings Heath, the team are excellent.
I was a little apprehensive in the beginning about the whole process but Michelle gave me reassurance that they would manage everything on my behalf from the start. The photos Georgie took were great quality and really showcased the house at it’s best, and both she and Alison were fabulous with viewings and keeping me informed every step of the way. Regular updates were provided giving details of the current property market which were useful too.
Overall I am very pleased with the service provided, the team are professional with a friendly approach, and I would certainly use them again.

Our sale and purchase has been one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through, lasting several months and involving delays that were largely outside Oulsnam’s control.

Throughout it all, Emma Sutton has been exceptional. She kept us updated, chased matters relentlessly, and was always honest about where things stood. Even when there was very little progress to report, she never left us wondering what was happening and always responded promptly to our emails and calls.

What really stood out was that Emma genuinely cared. She understood how stressful the situation had become for us and worked tirelessly to keep the transaction moving. We always felt that she was on our side and doing everything within her power to achieve a successful outcome.

Buying and selling property can be incredibly frustrating, but having someone like Emma fighting your corner makes all the difference.

I contacted Oulsnam as many properties around mine had sold quickly for a good price.
The valuation was surprising, and much more than I had expected, I had fast viewings and an initial over priced offer, which was withdrawn a couple of weeks later.
Undaunted the agent pressed on keeping me in the loop at all times, finances generally were not good, the oil price’s rose, and dreadfully wet weather all conspired against us, but Oulsnam kept me going, luckily I had the time to allow for these set backs, dozens of viewings later, and a reduction in price, saw a cash buyer, essential as part of an extension was only of single brick thickness, unknown to me, but difficult as far as a mortgage was concerned.
Much negotiation later led to a firm offer and a sale.
Oulsnam supported me and kept me buoyant throughout the process, all the Agents were very friendly and positive, which led to an eventual sale I’m sure.

Showed me a property twice, with very short notice given to the office. Very helpful, polite, good constructive comments about the property and location.

Oulsnam's estate agents were very professional, courteous and fast to reply to everything we asked of them when selling our property. Our dedicated agent was Angela who was everything expected from an estate agent. Alongside the sale of the property, we also had the probate process running at the same time. Particular issues were handled with a very caring attitude. The family would like to thank Oulsnam's and in particular Angela for everything they did for us, from the fantastic sales brochure to regular visits to the property during the sale process. I have no hesitation in recommending Oulsnam's for their wonderful services over the last 4 months.

Was shown round a property by Jeff Field and he was a great help. Knowledgable about the property, polite and professional. Took time to explain everything and said he would follow up the further questions I had once back in the office. A very positive experience. Pleasure to meet him.

They're liars. In March 2026, they told me a terraced house in Cedar Rd had gated access, or a right-of-way (ROW), to & from the rear garden. It was in writing, told verbally & confirmed on two viewings. There was no ROW. During the buying process my lawyers told me no such ROW existed. The ROW was reciprocal for houses either side to carry out maintenance. In other words no ROW for taking out your garden rubbish. I pulled the sale. I am now taking Oulsnam & the seller to court to recover the £1286 these lies have cost.
This is a reply to Oulsnam's response. Yes you did deceive. There is no ROW. & Oulsnam knew there was no ROW, but still lied. The reason, a gated access is a valuable selling point.

An incredibly difficult sale conducted with patience and professionalism by all in the Moseley branch. Without their support and positivity I might have taken the flat off the market and despaired! All a success in the end!

We had a great experience buying our new home through Oulsnam in Kings Heath. They made the entire process incredibly straightforward by facilitating and supervising all the property viewings completely to our convenience.
