Realistic pricing saw the sale of our house at asking price within a week of it going on the market. Oulsnam’s fees were inclusive, transparent and competitive.
The team, led by Shelbi, was accessible, professional and friendly. The sale took some time to complete, not Oulsnam’s fault, and Shelbi was tenacious in her chasing and keeping us and our buyers updated.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency throughout my tenancy. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free.

A special mention goes to Shania, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has always been attentive, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. Her communication is consistently clear and to the point, and she genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable looking after things, and it’s made a big difference to my overall experience.

I would definitely recommend this agency, and Shania in particular, for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Oulsnam took over my tenancy last year from another agent after both myself and my landlord were having difficulties with another agent. Darren was extremely helpful during the switchover which made things a lot easier!
Shania has been my property manager and she's been fantastic. It's been a pleasure dealing with Shania after having such an awful experience elsewhere.
The office itself also has a nice atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Oulsnam as an agency and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.

Shania Benton has been an absolute help since we moved into our rental house. She’s very efficient, every time we report an issue that needs fixing, she responds promptly and promises to relay the information to Landlord and get back to us with any feedback. She’s reliable and efficient.

My property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the majority now of being the tenant of a rental with Oulsnam. I've been here for ten years now, and they have always been good, but Shania especially balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.

I’ve been renting from Robert oulsnams and company for 5 years all in all. In my first flat then when I wanted to move to somewhere bigger they made the process simple and easy. Since being In my house Shania Benton has made it effortless any problem I have had she’s sorted them quickly and is always responding to emails and phone calls quickly i always get a reply on the same day if I email. Whenever I’ve had an issue or problem she’s been there to sort it out and I’ve never not felt like I can not contact her. When I’ve needed stuff amending or some help she’s always been there to sort it out.
If I ever wanted to move I would stay with Shania snd her company but right now I’m more than happy in my property

Fantastic support from Michelle and georgie especially Michelle from start to finish the communication the responses and the support I was given was second to non they made my purchase much easier with there support Michelle will do anything to help you all I can say is fantastic would highly recommend.

Michelle and team were extremley honest and communicated well. They made me feel supported at the time of selling my house (as we all know selling a house isn't the easiest thing to do). The photos & advert they did of my place were extremely well done. Managed to get a great buyer within a month! I trusted them with my house keys when I moved away and I really felt like my property was in good hands. Fees were reasonable as well. My parents sold their house through them a year before me and I would recommend them to anyone I know who's selling! Thank you for being incredible.

I sold my mother's house with Oulsnam (Moseley branch) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. The communication was good and thankfully I experienced a very positive experience and the sale went through smoothly. The sale had to be pushed through quickly at the end due to factors out of our control and Oulsnam were very helpful and got it all sorted. Would highly recommend.
