Nothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! We had a few issues along the way but they’ve always been extremely pleasant, polite, patient and understanding. They all provided a much better service than I could have imagined, I would highly recommend anyone to visit Oulsnam Bournville, such lovely ladies! All the best to the team 😊

Karen made us welcome during the viewing. She was warm, friendly and relatable. She had extensive knowledge of the house we viewed and I couldn't fault the viewing at all!

Jeff went above and beyond for us! After a scheduling mix-up, he kindly adjusted his timing to fit us in for a last-minute viewing. That property ended up being 'the one,' and our offer was accepted. We couldn't have done it without Jeff's helpful and accommodating attitude. Thank you for helping us find our home.

Great viewing experience

I’ve had a number of viewings for properties arranged by Angela, and conducted by Dawn. I can’t fault Dawns knowledge and professionalism. She will find out the answers to my questions, and nothing ever feels too much (like accommodating extra viewings or late viewings)
Angela is always quick at responding, willing to help and has contacted me about properties coming to the market she knows I will like.

Emily Perks, has been amazing!!! She was reassuring, explaining things at each step of the way. If there was something that we did not understand she would take the time to explain and reassure us.

The service we received from Emily was very efficient always returning calls, queries chased up and responded too. There was always someone we could get hold of when we needed too in the office. We would highly recommend Oulsnam Northfield based on our experience. We used them in the past in Bromsgrove and had the same kind of service. Very happy.

We have no problem in recommending Oulsnams. Droitwich office have sold our property recently and the process went very well. All the staff we met or spoke to were pleasant and engaging. We took their advice and achieved a very fair price for the property.

They came and gave advice on what to do to my house. I was able to have a good chat about the price to try for but also to not be too demanding as it is at present a buyers market. I was happy with the price I got and was sold and moved out quickly. Great team at Northfield!
