De plus j’ai commandé des masque l’un est noté anthracite et il est vert foncé pas très bien fini pas digne des italiens

I ordered the o Bag for my sister who is a school teacher who has always wanted a obag. I registered and I received a promo code for ten dollars off my first order. I kept trying to add the promo but it wasn't successful. I still went ahead and purchased the bag and figured I would just email in regards to the promo .I explained what happened I gave y order number and was told my purchase had to be over 50 in euro to honor the promo. My order was about 150 us which is over the amount. Then I was basically told I couldn't get a price adjustment because I inadvertently checked out as a guest. This was a horrible experience as a first time customer. I intended on buying another bag for my mom but the customer service rep was no help at all. I believe quality customer service is a priority for any business to thrive.

I would just like to thank the team at Our Bag who have helped me recently with regards to a company I purchased a product from. The company are posing as the official stockist of O Bags and they have been extremely unprofessional and unresponsive when I requested a refund and are a complete shambles. After doing some investigating due to the experience I have had with them compared to past purchases of O Bags in the UK, it became apparent that the company I purchased from were not the original team/company. Our Bag informed Italy for me, the manufacturers of O Bag, and I have now received a response from O Bag UK and I am hoping I get my refund very soon!

I would 100% recommend this company, they are extremely helpful even when I wasn’t at the time a direct customer of theirs. Thank you so much! If you would like to purchase O Bags in the UK, please order from these guys! They are the original O Bag company and are in no way associated with O BAG UK - The company I have had issues with.

Leider ist O Bag nicht zu empfehlen...
Die Taschen an sich sind in Ordnung. Die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eher mäßig. Ist die Tasche erst einmal zusammengestellt ergibt sich für die billig anmutenden Taschenkörper ein ganz ordentlicher Preis. Die Produktbilder stimmen nicht (Metallbeschläge silber dargestellt - in gold ausgeliefert). Die Verfügbarkeit der Artikel ist nicht aktuell (Bestellung getätigt und bezahlt - nach 2 Wochen Rückmeldung, dass Artikel vergriffen - im Internet aber immer noch als bestellbar angegeben). Was allerdings richtig schlecht ist, ist der Kundenservice bei O Bag. Die Rückmeldungen erfolgen in (drei) verschiedenen Sprachen. Die Argumentation ist nicht schlüssig und bei Reklamationen wird versucht auf Zeit zu spielen und den Kunden mürbe zu machen. So werden einfache Sachverhalte (zum Beispiel, dass der Taschenkörper ohne die Stanzlöcher ausgeliefert wurde und die Taschenklappe daher nicht befestigt werden kann) nicht verstanden. Man schreibt viele Male hin und her . Es antworten verschiedene Mitarbeiter in verschiedenen Sprachen - das Problem wird aber nicht gelöst. Diese Vorgehensweise habe ich nun schon mehrere Male erlebt und werde keine weitere Tasche mehr bei O Bag kaufen (auf jeden Fall nicht mehr online) - der Shop ist zu schlecht.

This innovative company is consistently showing excellence in customer care. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 6-7 years now, having discover a beautiful store while walking in Venice on a wet and windy winter afternoon. I didn’t know the brand but the concept attracted me. So I bought a couple of bags and have continue to purchase some other bags & watches throughout the years in different countries. I recently visited Madrid where I bought a watch and two bands. I returned to Miami and realized the watch mechanism wasn't working properly and on top of that the OBag store is permanently closed. I immediately contacted OBag customer service. After a couple of emails and 4 days later I just received the replacement. So please does not hesitate to buy these products because you don’t have a store in your hometown. You won’t have any problems getting help if you need to. Hats off for an excellent approach to customer service. OBag is fantastic!!!!!

Habe am 30.8.19 eine online Bestellung aufgegeben. Einige Tage später wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Artikel nicht mehr lieferbar seien und ich mein Geld (Paypal) zurückerstattet bekomme. Seither maile ich wöchentlich, bekomme die immer gleiche Standardantwort, dass das Geld in den nächsten Tagen kommen werde. Ich bin ziemlich gernervt über die Unzuverlässigkeit.

Seit 10 Wochen warte ich nun schon auf meine Erstattung. Ich habe von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht, aber bis heute keine Zahlung erhalten. Obwohl ich inzwischen wöchentlich per Email erinnere, bekomme ich immer wieder nur die Rückmeldung, dass das Geld in den nächsten Tagen überwiesen werde.

Ich habe nur fehlerhafte Ware erhalten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Kontaktieren hat man meine Reklamation bearbeitet. Auch die zweite Lieferung hatte Farbfehler im Material. Erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen und über Mahnung von Paypal erhielt ich mein Geld aus der 1. Bestellung zurück. Die Gutschrift aus der 2. Bestellung ist bis heute nicht erteilt. Auf meine Nachfragen per E-Mail reagiert niemand mehr. Bloß Finger weg von diesem Shop!!!

Ordinati 2 prodotti scontati il 30 agosto, dopo 6 giorni mi rispondono che uno dei 2 prodotti non è disponibile e mi annullano l'ordine mentre in tempo reale i prodotti sul sito sono entrambi disponibili a prezzo pieno. Ad oggi, 23 settembre sto ancora aspettando il rimborso, mi hanno detto che devo aspettare 30 giorni dall'annullamento, quindi, se rivedrò il soldi non se ne parla prima del 6 ottobre.Non dico altro, traete da soli le conclusioni;
La mia è che è un sito pessimo, parliamo poi del sito ufficiale non di un negozietto. DA STARE ALLA LARGA!

Ich habe vor einem Monat eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben und per Paypal direkt bezahlt. Es ist bis heute keine Ware angekommen. Neun Nachfragen meinerseits blieben unbeantwortet und wurden komplett ignoriert. Geld habe ich auch nicht wieder!
Ich würde betrogen! Nie wieder!

Habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, wann denn geliefert wird bekam ich die Antwort, dass die Lieferung leider storniert werden muss. Jetzt warte ich seit über zwei Wochen auf die Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung! Habe schon mehrfach angefragt, leider werde ich nur vertröstet. Ich habe per Paypal bezahlt, da sollte es eigentlich kein Problem sein den Betrag zügig zurück zu überweisen!

Ich habe einige Teile im Sail bestellt, die Summe wurde sofort abgezogen, drei Tage später bekomme ich ein Mail dass die Ware nicht lieferbar ist. Im online shop gibt es aber bis auf einen Artikel alle noch nur mehr als doppelt so teuer. Auf meine Beschwerde gab es keine Reaktion und auf das Geld warte ich auch noch immer. Mein Konto wurde gesperrt, hab alles dokumentiert und überlege eine Klage einzubringen, da merkt man wieder das in Italien alles etwas anders läuft

Ordered couple items from their official website. Got an e-mail saying that it’d be sent within 5 days. After a week I still haven’t received any confirmation so I ranged them up and they say they had to cancel it because they didn’t have one of the items in stock. They couldn’t even tell which one! Why couldn’t they send at least an e-mail?! I was also told that I need to wait one month to get my money back. Attrocious customer service. Won’t ever order anything from these incompetent people.

I bought an obag mini on 24 April (order 800007179 )an after two months of use (not everyday as I have other obags) it got all wavy and deformed.I claimed a new one to Obag and after one week of waiting with no response on Facebook or to my emails, they finally respond today as follows:

'unfortunately we can't consider the condition of the bag as a production issue, but simply worn out. For this reason we can't refund your order.'

And as per the Terms &conditions in Spain their products apparently have 2 years of guaranty.

Dear Obag,do you think that we carry potatoes in your bags and that is why they get deformed after 2 months of sporadic use?
And how do you explain that another obag mini that I have is in good condition and not deformed?

Very poor. I ordered three bags months ago and have not received them. The money has been taken from my bank account. Nightmare tying to contact them other than through Messenger. Never again.

Just been in the O bag store in Bologna (street 71 piazza galvant) with my wife and the shop assistant tried to rob me of 20 euros! She obviously recognised we were tourists who didn’t speak Italian, insisted we pay cash, and then didn’t give me the correct change (20 euros missing). When we questioned it she suddenly refused to speak any more English and tried to tell us we were both wrong! Be careful in this shop and count your change carefully.

Did not receive the order and was told one of my neighbours may have stolen it or the post office may have lost it despite the fact that they said it had been delivered. Refused to give me a full refund as they claimed it was not their fault.
