Alexandria was very helpful in answering all of my questions. she went over the details of the policies thoroughly and confirmed that I understood everything before moving forward. It was a pleasure to speak with her.

I am an insurance agent. This is the most disorganized insurance carrier I have ever worked with over my last 20 years. They are terrible on customer support and service. This is the exact reason why online shoppers get such bad service but good rates. If you want cheap they might be a good fit but don't expect any level of normal service from this insurance company. Low premiums equal horrific insurance coverage. Less is definiltey NOT more

I had multiple policy's with this joke of a company. My premiums were pretty cheap when I 1st signed up with them. Within a year my premiums jumped about $5,200 between home and auto with NO CLAIMS made. Last year we had a hail storm that hit our home so I made a claim. The estimate was about 48k and they only paid 20k. Their response was that I only had til January 9th to get it done... ITS WINTER. Nobody was going to do the work and 2nd even if someone did do it, the shingles adhesive properties wouldn't stick in such cold weather. I think this joke of a company will be out if business soon. BEWARE

Poor service from this company; dispose of them as swiftly as possible. They removed a co-buyer from our policy without notice, then cancelled the policy because the co-buyer supposedly wasn't on the mortgage documents. When we offered to present the mortgage documents that include both co-buyers' names, they claimed to have conducted an exterior inspection and concluded that the co-buyer didn't reside at the house. After much back and forth, they incorrectly apologized for the co-buyer's death—who is very much alive. It seems they were scrambling to find a reason to cancel the policy for some reason. (Note that we have never filed a claim). Next, they issued the refund check to the co-buyer whom they had declared deceased. This is a backwards company with very poor service and communication. Choose this company only if you enjoy frustration; otherwise, seek out a reputable provider.
