DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a refurbished iMac 27” from ourdeal in May 2023 for £1199.99. At the time it was described as a premier refurbished machine with top spec and latest software. Last week it failed to boot so I took it to my local computer store who diagnosed a failed drive - fair enough I thought just replace the mechanical drive with an SSD - when the local shop opened it up there was a catalogue of issues starting with the fact that rather than use the approved screen kit the refurbishers -presumably ourdeal - had stuck the whole thing together with double sided stick tape. The mechanical drive was 2015 (so 8 years old) when sold to me as an almost new machine. I was advised that the machine was worth less than £300 and not worth upgrading. I contacted ourdeal who have done everything to avoid taking responsibility for the issues - they appear to have no concept of providing customer service

I do not write review slime this lightly - but on this occasion I feel I have been cheated by a company who miss-sold me a completely over priced and under specified machine for an extortionate price

UPDATE - after 2 weeks of to and fro I have pretty much given up on the thought of ever resolving this with our deal. I keep getting the “checking with the warehouse” story but things never move forward. I have spoken to 2 people but no one will tell me the name of the person responsible for dealing with customer complaints- instead it’s the nameless “warehouse”. This is simply not good enough for a company who claims to be professional - they don’t appear to have a complaints process as can be seen from other reviews as well.

Came across this site by accident whilst looking for a new pc. Prices looked great for refurbed Macs etc and next day delivery included for free. Everything went smoothly with my order and comms were great. Sadly I couldn’t find a machine to meet my specifications in my price range, so I requested a return. Staff were more than helpful and return processed quickly, refund was processed same day machine arrived back. Staff were great throughout & if I can justify bumping my budget a couple of £100 I will definatley buy from them. Highly recommended.

Très mauvaise expérience :
- iMac 21,5 pouces ; reconditionné ; 16 Go de mémoire + SSD 512 Mo; commandé début décembre 2024 ; à la réception ( rapide) : écran défaillant (affichage d’une strie verticale ) ; présence d’un disque dur à plateau à la place du SSD; présence d’un clavier Qwerty versus Azerty…
- Demande de retour compliqué : plusieurs semaines avant d’avoir le bon de retour et obligé d’aller déposer la machine en agence postale.
- Plusieurs semaines avant que la machine soit déclarée comme bien réceptionné ( alors que le site du transporteur l’indique bien délivré )
- Retour mi janvier d’une nouvelle machine: présence d’un SSD de 1 To ( bien , mieux que 512 Mo) MAIS Mémoire vive de de 8 Go seulement ( au lieu des 16 Go demandé)- et toujours ce clavier Qwerty , agaçant car inutile ...
- Vu la complexité des échanges je conserve la machine mais je suis EXTREMEMENT déçu et ne recommande pas Ourdeal ; je continuerai à travailler avec Macway comme j’en avais l’habitude depuis plus de de 20 ans !

I purchased a used Our Deal laptop along with a 2 year warranty almost 2 years ago. Having experienced a few issues I contacted Our Deal for solutions. Our Deal provided quick, polite and understandable responses which as a technophobe I appreciated and actioned.
Unable to fix my laptop, I was sent easy return instructions, timely updates and my fully operational laptop was returned back to me as promised.

Recommend this outfit for purchasing quality refurbished Apple iMac computers.. based on my own successful and satisfactory experience.My only "whinge" is that the "extras" are non-Apple. They supply(if you want) a wireless mini-keyboard and Mouse, and not the original Apple devices and neither is the power cord. Also they ask for a "shout out" on FB,Inst,Twitter etc) in order to be sent the link for the "free software" package).In fact the software they "offer" is actually available on the relevant websites (EG Open Office,GIMP) so really they are not actually "giving anything away" as such. Having said that, the main hardware supplied is immaculate.. at least mine has been so and I am very pleased with what I now have.

Ourdeal provided a good quality product at a reasonable price. Minor issue with spec was quickly and suitably resolved by Andrew, enabling me to maintain work rate. Good service all round.
