I had a fantastic experience working with Ouros on loose diamond. They were incredibly responsive and willing to work with me to get exactly what I wanted.

Their communication was prompt, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. They took the time to understand my goals and concerns and were happy to accommodate a custom request rather than pushing me toward stock options. The finished gemstone is absolutely gorgeous and I'm working with them again to purchase some matched tapered baguettes. I highly recommend Ouros.

I ordered a ring from Ouros. They kept me updated on the step to step process of its production and even sizes it between a 4.25 and 4.50. They also sent picture of the ring they made. It arrived in a timely manner and was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

So far I dislike the jewelry hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to be here 3 days before my wife’s birthday and it’s now 3 days after and my new update is 3 more days. I would have never bought it if they were upfront about the delivery. The only reason I have it 3 stars is communication has been good. If communication wasn’t good I would think the whole thing was a scam.

They were very communicative about the steps and processes my jewelry was in from the moment I ordered. The quality is great and the price was very fair. For my first time doing a group buy, I was very satisfied!

I was a little scared since this was my first time doing a group buy with this company but they communicated with me through the whole process. But what was shocking was how great the earrings were. The attention to details is crazy amazing. I was in shock when I opened it. I even plan to do another one for my mom for Mother’s Day. If you’re looking for a sign this is it and this is a real review. I understand the value of money and wouldn’t lead you the wrong way.

Ouros is an amazing company!!!!! I ordered the radiant cut earrings and i love them! They are so sparkly and just gorgeous! Vijay updated me every step of the way and sent pictures so I would know the status, and seriously the nicest person!!! Shipping was fast! Im so happy with my purchase!!!!!!!

Customer service is phenomonal. Notified me every step of the way on the creation and delivery of my jewelry. The lab created diamonds are indistinguishable from my natural diamonds.
