I have been buying dog things from Outdoor Dog Supply for quite a few years. I have always been impressed by their quick service and reasonable prices.
Today I called and talked with a customer service representative about the hunter orange collar I had ordered last week, with a personalized brass nameplate.
It came, and is exactly what I wanted, but I measured my Susie’s neck incorrectly and the collar is a bit too small.
I could sense the smile on the on the person’s face when she cheerfully advised me that the $3.84 ‘returns/exchanges’ fee I had paid would buy me a remake of the collar, in the larger size.
The nameplates ODS uses are embossed with lettering in a readable font, and should last a lifetime.
I am very happy!

Shipping was way faster than what I expected (2 days) came in at the same time as my gunner kennel ordered both on the same day around the same time. But the shipping company hid the package where I couldn’t find it on my porch (not outdoor dog supplies fault) but overall the collar works great my dog doesn’t seem to mind the bulky part of the collar. Works great came fully charged. No complaints will order again!!

These are very nice collars that are very durable. The ID tags are easy to read and riveted to the collar. They are also highly reflective.

For outdoor dog supply always a 10/10 but I do wish yall would get more female colors. But UPS misdelivered my package so I had to go house to house to find it

The order I put in is for a 7 year old boy who myself and a good friend are gifting a walker coondog too. He loves the sport and I decided he needs the extras. When confirming the order I asked for a hat to be added. It was and in his favorite color! Going to be an incredible experience for him.

Two day FedEx worked out in the sticks (they must like you guys!). The product arrived in perfect condition and Garmin does a great job on remanufacturing. The collar and remote are like new.
