I ordered this on the 24th July and paid for express delivery (up to 6 days). We're past 6 days and so I tried to contact the company- their email address bounces as it's not a real address.
Appalling. Pay £50 more and get a known brand.

Overall, it’s great! The quality is really good. My previous nike running vest wore out, and I got this inoxto bag for a quarter of the price— and honestly, it’s even better quality. I can also use it as my yoga bag。

INOXTO sizing is poor, definitely small fit so take care in ordering.
Customer service and support is poor, communication for a return is non-existent.
Buyer beware, you get what they send, don’t expect any return despite website informstion.

I ordered a running vest on 31 December 2024. Immediately after paying for the order, I realised that I had selected the wrong size, M-L instead of X-L. I then contacted their online help and explained my problem, and was given assurance that my order was updated to L-X. However, upon receiving my order today, I noticed that the order wasn't updated as I was made to believe.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but their customer service was just soo good not to mention. My water bottle broke, so I reached out to them. They were super friendly and helped me right away. They even sent me two replacement bottles and a new vest for free! !!Honestly, I’ve never had such a great experience with any brand. About the vest, I’d totally recommend it. Very light and comfortable to wear. I’ve bought running vests from Nike before, and this one costs like a quarter of the price but works just as well! I use it for my morning marathon training! and plan to wear it for an upcoming marathon. Highly recommend INOXTO to anyone looking for great gear and amazing service!

Rating the service not the product: Ordered 2 hydration packs, paid for express post in order to get them for an event. Inoxto posted regular service, so the packs did not arrive on time. Very unhappy.
