Basically a scam site, as others have said. I ordered a small range vent hood for an apartment I rent. They are hard to find that small, and Outdoor Kitchen Connection showed it in stock. Then began the many months of "it's being shipped" and "oops we made a mistake" and "Now, it's being shipped". After two months, they charged my CC and sent a shipping notice, which wasn't actually a "real" tracking!
As others have said, they respond really fast via email, and make all sorts of nice comments and promises, then nothing happens. (Kyle Farmer-if that's his name, is really smooth!) They are dragging you along. Finally, I asked for a refund and gave it a week or so to refund my CC (should be easy, right?) They never did, so I contacted my CC company (USAA-they are wonderful with this scam stuff!) I disputed the charge, and they ruled in my favor, so I beat you Outdoor Kitchen Connection FRAUDS! Don't even chance it! Go to a local appliance or Home Depot or Lowes. If the price is too good to believe, there is a reason for it!

I must admit I was skeptical that I would even receive the outdoor fridge I ordered with the negative reviews about Outdoor Kitchen Connection. I ordered the fridge on March 28th and received it April 14th. It was professionally packaged and was not damaged. I'd say Outdoor Kitchen Connection did their job. Thank you.

Do not buy!!! I bought a grill in October 2021. Still have not received April 2022. Will not return calls or return money!

If I had the option I would leave no stars! They say they have the best customer service probably because it’s just one person behind that computer screen scamming people out of their money, I ordered an outdoor grill December 21 2021, we are now going into April 2022 almost and I have never once received tracking information or when to expect it, I kept getting responses like oh we’ll have tracking information in 2 days those 2 days went by and received nothing they never pick up the phone so they send a text saying someone will call you back and no one does, they’ll respond to chats on the website but can never answer a call. So upsetting this “company” doesn’t know how to really give good customer service but of course then again their quick with taking your money but never get your order to you

This company is a scam. They’ll never ship your order.

Ordered grill, drawers, and doors for an outdoor kitchen build. Never received and to this day cannot get info on when they’ll ship and when to expect these products. Eventually called credit card company and had transaction cancelled! Stay away from this company!

We were excited to find a replacement for our outside fridge for our lanai however we have orders this over a month and a half ago have have no updates or shipping info from the company. If we could we would cancel our order but there is no way to do this.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I placed an order with this company over 6 weeks ago. This guy Kyle Farmer called me and did a very nice first gesture the moment we placed the order for a Bull outdoor refrigerator. After that it was a horror movie. He threw the whole playbook at me and is very smooth at it. Bottom line- We never received shipment / tracking info first time. So after 3 weeks he tells me the first unit me was damaged at UPS and he will ship another one. This time he fills out a shipment label ~ 3 weeks ago. Well it stayed at a label and UPS never received nor shipped the second unit. He says it could have been stolen. And that he would ship a third one. He claims he has already paid for 2 refrigerators and is out the money. I just told him to cancel the order. Please do NOT waste you time and mental health with this guy. He's negative energy.

This company is a HOAX. Pls be informed and do NOT order from this company. All these great reviews are fake. I ordered my product and it has been 12 days with not a single update, other than the order is confirmed. Their support phone line does not answer. I'll give it a few more days and then dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Shipping is a little challenging as you can read in the news and on TV, but Kyle kept us informed and made us comfortable with the process! He is a man of his word and reliable company to deal with. Great products and prices!

Outdoor Kitchen Connection is the best online retailer I have used in years. Heck the service was so good it was like I was dealing with an old friend not just an online store. The answered questions I had right away via email, text and even a phone call. I can’t say enough about my experience purchasing BBQ grill equipment from them and would be willing to place my outdoor purchases through them. Their pricing was reasonable, the delivery was prompt and they kept I touch with me the entire process. With so many websites you are just an order number but this was the personalized service that has been missing. We just wanted to sneak in a quick review of our experience with Kyle and Outdoor Kitchen Connection. To be honest I researched many outdoor, stainless steel refrigerator options which would last in the Florida coastal salty-air conditions we live in. The Stainless Steel Summit fridge arrived in impeccable condition and fired right up. I ran a 12 hour test with a can of beer and 3 thermometers (including thermoworks) and the fridge was within a few degrees consistently from different test points within the unit. I was mostly concerned about ACTUAL availability of the unit and drop ship-timing during these logistically challenging pandemic influenced times. I can't emphasize this enough, the communication, patience and courtesy shown by Kyle and his team is what I was most impressed with. Working with Kyle was a pleasure and supporting a small company means a lot to us! He was very invested in our purchase, from the initial chat and barrage of questions, through the scheduling of the delivery, and all the way to post delivery! Nice to see someone passionate about his company and proud of the products he's offering. Very thorough service from start to finish and I'll gladly recommend Kyle and Outdoor Kitchen Connection to my peers as they complete similar projects! Thanks for everything my friend!
