We used Outgrow as a healthcare startup to build interactive experiences like quizzes and forms for lead capture and education. The templates were easy to work with, and the platform made it simple for our non‑technical team to launch and iterate quickly. Support has been responsive and kind throughout, especially while we were transitioning off the tool and consolidating our stack. Overall it’s a solid product for teams that want to move fast with interactive content.

They claim to offer so much as standard, but the functionality is very limited without having to pay more for additional bolt-ons and upgrades to get something half decent to use.

The subscription auto-renews without any notifications or emails being given, this is not compliant in the UK.

It's an awful platform, with other free/no-charge options now available on the market.

I’ve used Outgrow for months to build B2B quizzes and calculators. The builder is easy to use, branching logic is flexible, and results beat classic forms. Integrations with HubSpot, Zapier, and webhooks worked without headaches. Analytics are clear and chat support replies fast with real solutions.

Great tool for lead gen

As someone who works deeply on strategy and development in a marketing firm, Outgrow has been incredibly helpful. We use Outgrow to build quiz funnels for the majority of our clients! It integrates seamlessly with CRM's that are most commonly used and the customer service is incredible - anytime we need support, we are able to get immediate support from Outgrow in an online chat. So grateful and will be using this for all projects moving forward. + the pricing is great. Thank you!

I use this tool for a fragrance client and it is so easy to use and has amazing analytics. It also has many integrations so you can connect the surveys and quizes with your email or crm platform to help with impactful next steps.

My favorite thing about this company is how responsive the customer service is! You can tell that the creator really tried thinking of their customer when creating this platform. I switched from a cheaper competitor and I’m so so glad I did!!

Outgrow has been a fantastic platform for building engaging, conversion - focused tools. Terrible product. Full of bugs, frozen pages when using the quiz builder and lots of locked features, constantly asking you to upgrade despite being on a paid plan. Lots of better options online for quiz builders.

Amazing customer service for small businesses!

The tool has great potential. But there are several hurdles

1. Same as other reviewers shared. They cs is middle man. It looks like its 24 hr support, but some cs was simply too busy to address every question, so you waited around one evening, and then one morning, and got nothing done. Otherwise we'd subscribe weeks ago. It'd be actually more helpful if they just offer email support by product or "quality" staffs who answer every single question.

2. They tried to keep pricing and features flexible under the small business plan. But when you actually plan to sign up, it's continently forgotten unless you pressed for it. It'd be fine but time is lost when you wait for their cs to check with them team.

3. Their features were actually quite powerful but again, their cs gave us pretty bad teamplates in a foreign language that were nothing to do with our business. We said we didn't understand the language and nothing responded ever again. It was only until weeks later, we saw a reply from one of their staff over email and realized they actually offer a lot more.

Started a trial, promising product with cool and fun look.

Very poor performance on filter functionality which becomes unusable on your PC (from other tools which they cannot improve by the way)

Communicated with support back and forth 6 times which ended up involved over 4 people from their side.

This was regarding a simple formatting request in which they repeatedly informed me they could only support format EU or US. That would have been fine if not for the fact that our feed is in format EU.

It works on every other tools like GMC, WooCommerce and so on, and the issue is with how they process the data.

This one challenge resulted in a very poor inflated price when showing ecommerce products and is therefore making it unusable for E-commerce. So we won't use it.

Customer support is a middle person and product teams do not care about your issues. They will continue to 'review' and come back with the same answer leading you nowhere.

What a waste, because this has a lot of potential.

Outgrow is the first company to not disappoint with their products. You can't go wrong shopping with this company.

They have always been quick to respond to my emails, consistently offering assistance and listening to my needs. As I’ve already explained to them, however, there are other free platforms that provide similar features. It would be great if they considered making only some functionalities while still allowing basic access for all users. That said, the website is very well-designed, and I highly recommend it.

We were setting up a calculator in Outgrow and thought we had hit a serious bug—one of the numbers wasn’t being calculated properly. Turns out, we just forgot to enable a setting! Support was super fast in figuring it out and guiding us through the fix. Quick, friendly, and straight to the point—can’t ask for more!
